Stopped in for a treat after dinner and the ice cream cupcake was inedible as you could tell it was old. Tasted as though it was defrosted and refrozen with crystalization.It was the last one I should have known better.

Very disappointing employees and service. Cold fries and employees when conforted with the cold fries. I would not suggest going to this DQ. We were 2 of 5 customers during the time of our visit. It was also slow service.

Everytime we seem to make the trip here from MI they always always forget or mess things up, don't ask sizes, cones tiny and limped over. Get the baskets often for the kids and what only one comes with bread the other does not? No gravy anymore? Missing ice cream? If you go through a drive thru you are trusted to make sure everything is in order no one should have to check every box and open every little thing just to make sure you get what you paid for absolutely crazy. Guess ill start sitting there at the window for 20 minutes till every single box and bag is opened before wasting over $30 for a family of 5 to eat and only get half that'll really help those drive thru times.
Your prices are higher than other locations. Never coming again... 3.99 for a small cone and other location have it for 1.79 I don't understand it's literally the same thing.

Me and my son went in there it was around 6 PM. We watched them make our sandwich putting all put it in a Box and then microwave the whole thing topping and all. They should never be microwave like that, the toppings or anything I was very disappointed in this Dairy Queen.
