Stop by this new Dunkin’ Donuts in Granger and their hours say that they close at seven. At 6:45 their doors were locked. Finally, one of the workers walked around from the back, smoking a cigarette and I asked h him if they were closed and he said yes. I then proceeded to say oh so you don’t close at seven like your sign says. He replies no we do close at seven but we close early because we have to clean. So i repeat afain, so you dont close at 7 then.
For those who don’t understand business if you posted hours are 7 PM for closing that means at 7 PM you lock your door and then you proceeded to finish cleaning whatever you have not finished cleaning. It does not mean you close 30 minutes - an hour prior to your posted hours and sit around until 7. Every restaurant that I’ve worked in you clean prior to closing but stay open and then finish maybe an hour or so after closing time.
And then on top of that, he places his car in the drive-through spot so that no one can pull in there. It’s not even as if the drive-through was still open and the inside was closed.

Was excited for this place when I heard I was getting a Dunkin’ near me. This place is HORRENDOUS. Do NOT GO THERE! My review might sound like I was mad at somebody but the people there barely speak English, don’t work around your order by ignoring your requests, and keep giving you the wrong item. Save yourself a trip and hit up DIVINE DOUGH CO. instead in Edwardsburg, MI. I promise you, you won’t regret an extra five minute drive!

There was one man working and it took over 30 minutes to fulfill my order ahead order. He was throwing trash on the ground and was not following sanitary protocols. Honestly, really disgusting.

A younger woman was working today, I was the only customer. The hash browns were old and cold and my coffee wasn’t right it had to sweetener in it. I asked for napkins bc the self service station was out and she repeatedly tried to tell me where to get them though I kept repeating they were out. There’s a man that works at this one and he gets everything correct never one mistake. This girl was barely moving, she did not want to be there.

I was not impressed when the guy tried giving me the wrong order. Then snatched it from my hand when I was nice about it not being what I ordered. I'll try and stick to dunkin in Elkhart..

Nice place was really excited but they don’t really listen asked for a little bit of ice before putting in coffee to cool it off not unusual request and they say yes no problem, and never do it. Everywhere else for twenty years not a problem. Then substitute whatever bacon now that’s in the wrap, so can taste very different. Drive thru is fast but not easy to use, but inside the same order can take up to twenty minutes to get a drink made. As it’s so close really wanted it to work out. we’re now driving to the one miles away to get our food.
Parking: It’s just awkward.

This is the third time they have given me someone else’s order rather than mine. I almost threw up when I took a huge gulp of what I expected to be coffee and it was peppermint hot chocolate ?. They also have refused on several occasions to not accept gift cards because they don’t know how to use the system. This place was awesome when it opened and now it’s absolutely trash! Do not waste your money or time!
