Went today for lunch with my family. It wasn't busy so we got in quick and was told to sit ourselves wherever we wanted. As you sit down, to order you have sheets of paper on the table that you fill out what you want. Then, YOU have to go up to the cashier and give them your order. Then, YOU have to go up to the bar and get your drinks. Then, YOU have to basically do everything else such as:getting your plates,your silverware, and your food when they call your number. Basically, you're not really paying for service at all. However, food was good. Pizza and breadsticks were yummy. Warning, your salad will come in a very large stainless steel mixing bowl. I wish I took a picture but I didn't. It was a decent salad but the salad bar was basically empty and wasn't refilled so I didn't really get many toppings. Oh and then a worker there said we had to pay first because the server said he got yelled at for not having us pay first...weird. Would I go back to that location probably not.

Horrible service. Come here if you want to wait 2 hours for your dinner to come out in an empty restaurant. Do you like asking about your order, being told it’s coming right up, and waiting another hour? They have that here too

Ordered 5 Pizzas at 4:00 p.m and pick up was set for 5:30 p.m. waited 1 hour. Hostess said sorry nothing I can do about the kitchen! Poor customer service.

The atmosphere was surprisingly good for being inside of a gas station or at least connected to the gas station! However, if you are used to the classic Barnabys on Jefferson, this isn’t quite the same and doesn’t quite measure up. That being said it was clean and people were courteous and that is probably what’s most important.

We did not go out for date night to have to listen to screaming and yelling and doors slamming of children running in and out of the rented buffet area I realized that their children but that was absolutely ridiculous bouncing balls in the building where were the parents standing there drinking and chatting so I doubt we'll be back plus we had to wait an hour for our pizza ridiculous

The best pizza place in the Michiana area! Awesome service!
I ordered 2 small pizzas and when I got home I saw that they were both made incorrectly so I called and the manager graciously offered to make them correctly without any question. It’s so refreshing to experience that kind of service without any resistance. The pizzas from here are just so delicious! Thank you for outstanding service!

Called in a carry out at 3 today, and waited in an empty resturant for an hour to get my order after i had already called it in and waited 45 mins for it! Almost 2 hours for a single large pepperoni pizza ? Will be sticking to main/grape location.

Most delicious pizza. My husband and I have eaten at a lot of Barnaby's when we lived in Mishawaka. We moved further away but had discovered this location by accident, hadn't noticed it was connected to a gas station. Even though this Barnaby's location is approx 25-30 minutes from our house, we usually order takeout about once a week. Dining area is open, tv's with sports games, sodas, beer, some sandwiches. Employees seem pleasant. Prices are not inflated. They give you a coupon on your receipt for next visit. We usually takeout but have ate in. We try to go around 4, 4:30ish. They are very busy with takeouts, but well worth it.
