Best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to in the area. Fast, nice workers and get the order always right. I like to modify my sandwiches to my own preference and sometimes I push my creativity to the max, just to see if I they can keep up. I am not disappointed. THE fastest JJ I’ve been in.

Ordered a veggie delivery it was bread and cheese that’s it. This place screws up more orders happens all the time. They deliver at my place of work and screw up people’s orders all the time.

I placed a mobile order at 7:09pm to pick up my order. As I’m waiting in the store, 5 people walk in and they make all their sandwiches before they finally ask me if I’m waiting for an order agreeing waiting for 10 minutes. Worst service I’ve had.

I'm a sucker for Jimmy John's. It's my favorite sandwich shop, and I eat at Jimmy John's several times a month, and this location is great. The service was fast, it was clean, and the sandwich was well constructed. Would definitely return to this location.

Delivery order over an hour late. Called twice and was told twice order was on its way. Called a third time (at the 1 hour late mark) and was told they were bagging it up then. Asked to speak to the manager and got an attitude and was offered to have them cancel the order or wait for them to deliver it. Horrible customer service. Pathetic.**Update - food arrives missing a sandwich, so I call back. Talk to the manager. Tell her I’d like the sandwich and a refund. She hangs up on me. I drive to the store - ask for the sandwich - they make it. Got home to find they didn’t make it right. No winning with these people. Franchisee needs to clean house.

What a disappointment, paid for extra turkey, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and peppers.
The "UnWich" (Turkey Tom) that I received today was so delicious! ?I will definitely will be coming back and ordering online! Thank you Jimmy John's!
