I like this side door deli! They have great options for a variety of tastes.... fresh fruit, salads, cheese, sushi, as well as fried chicken, soup, sandwiches, doughnuts, muffins, chips, and candy all right at your convenience near the Starbucks.The one suggestion I would make is that they need to stock the pint size Crystal Springs Creamery milk somewhere near the deli. (NOT only on the complete opposite side of the store in the dairy department.)There are also restrooms right inside the door to the right.

I was looking for a place with healthy freshly prepared sandwiches, but it was only 0945 and luckily the only place I found open was Martins. I am glad it was or I would not have found this excellent deli. They prepared two great paninis for us - one turkey and one roast beef. A couple hours later when we are them. Still warm, and outstanding. For less than 6$ a sandwich- wow! The deli is on one side of the supermarket that I walked around while they made my Sandwich. Great quality, selection, and prices. I’ll be back!!

first their app ad was day behind so I shopped on dead sales. found this out when I checked out and none of sale prices rang up showed cashier the ad as it shows up and she said expired yesterday too bad. tried to talk to customer service desk but one person was engaged in personal conversation with fellow employee and other was busy messing with various drawers. not Evan an acknowledgement that I was waiting. 5 minutes I decided I had been ignored enough. since new ownership the customer service has gone done hill and the prices make it now one of most expensive groceries to shop

Unfortunately, with Martins side door deli, you can't say "been to one, been to them all". In fact, some of them are downright lousy anymore. This one, is a shining example of what they all should aspire and hope to be.

The staff is friendly and they have very unique items for purchase. I'm only giving one star because I could not buy multiple items that weren't cold enough to my standards. One being raw chicken in a tiny cooler by the meat department. When I grabbed the packaging it did not feel cold enough for my standards. Also some sliced packaged cheese in the deli area was not cold enough for my standards either. The items I did buy that were cold enough for my standards were in the coolers that have a door to keep the items extra cold.

I always appreciate the selection and quality I find at Martins in Heritage Square, but I would especially like to compliment the helpful, polite and engaging staff. There is always someone to help find what I need. Several times I've noticed that the checkers go out of their way to have a pleasant chat. Today, a young man and I discussed our favorite Star Wars films! A few times before, a young woman gave me a recipe that her Gran taught her! Kudos for building a team that makes grocery shopping less tedious and puts a smile on my face more often than not.
Interesting place if you arnt familiar with it, I was expecting to see a deli and it's the deli inside a supermarket. The sandwich and chips were good and the price was very reasonable.

great deli, love the limited starbucks. what I use a lot is the florist, always a beautiful selection of flowers at a reasonable price. if you stop early in the morning they can be busy.

We've been getting here our groceries for years. Customer service is outstanding every time we've been there. They always greet you with a smile. Produce fresh and always available, a wonderful selection of wines, beer and liquors. Dairy-the same. I'll only drink Martin's milk.. Even during the worst of the pandemic they were able to keep the essentials available. The deli is my favorite place. So many things to choose from. Their fried chicken is awesome.There's a salad bar,an olive bar...I could go on but Id be here all day. They get 5 stars because they really try to make the customer feel first, they have everything I need and they make shopping less of a chore.

I have shopped year ever since they opened, and have never encountered attitude. For the people complaining about few checkouts open-it's very easy to use one of the 4 self checkouts! As for the lack of elite noodles-this is a first world issue-for heavens sake! Millions have NO food at all-you will not die w/o Harrington noodles! There IS a pandemic on-how can MArtin's get your noodles when none are available??? You can eat something else ! Be thankful fo that:-)
