Twice have ordered the special promo pizzas. They came with barely any of the the toppings like advertised, and for sure didn't come with the extras that I ordered and paid for. So disappointing. Also arrived more than 1/2 hour late. Don't waste your money at this shop.

I ordered cheese sticks yesterday and they were absolutely delicious and I really wanted more today so I ordered some more today and today I decided to do the Tuscan six cheese with a cheese dipping sauce my favorite. So yesterday I ordered picked it up and left today I placed my order online right before I got to the Papa Johns so when I arrived I decided to sit in my vehicle and I got a little sidetracked and was scrolling and reading and the amazing woman who worked yesterday was also working today and she recognized my car and brought them out to me. I have worked at papa johns years prior. I will continue to eat here. Thank you so much!

Staff was very courteous , They were very upfront with a mistake they made, and where quick to remedy the situation. Pizza and papadila was great. The staff had a very positive work atmosphere . GREAT SERVICE!!!

I stay at a hotel many times, and it's usually the same one. It's a safe one too, but for some reason the drivers don't want to deliver the pizza to the door, they are too.lazy so I have to meet them in the lobby. I tip them for door delivery. So I guess I won't tip them anymore and I'll just get it in the lobby from now. Good, it'll save me money.

Papa John's has really stepped up their game. I ordered pizza for a New Year's Eve party from a different pizza place, but the food arrived late, stone cold, and incorrect. So I quickly ordered from here, as they were open and nearby.They were shockingly good, a lot better than I remembered the franchise being. No guests had any complaints.

How about being a leader in no delivery and employee safety and close during blizzard warnings and dangerous weather conditions?It is -23 in northern Indiana. Over 7 inches of snow. Up to 34 mph winds.Visibility to .2 miles….Even the natl weather service and department of travel states emergency vehicles only on the road yet…your company chooses profit over safety!! This truly demonstrates how a company will place employees at risk to make money.Your not the only ones…dominoes, Pizza Hut are the same. At this point…why close on Christmas?!?Why not be the leader and choose safety over profit before a driver is in a serious accident or an employee getting to work Is in an accident??Not good choices being made.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We were skeptical to try this location based on the reviews but so happy we did. We had the pizza three times before leaving a review & all three times the pizza & service were outstanding! Order was correct & pizza was hot and delicious! The staff was very friendly and prompt.Great job!
This is a perfectly fine papa johns. Have ordered from here 3-4 times by now, and dont really have any complaints. We always do carry out.

We are regular customers with this location/delivery service. Tonight's delivery driver knocked on the door and just dropped the pizzas on our porch and walked back to his car. We were in the house and waiting for the pizza, so it's not like he was waiting for us to answer. The shame of it was we always cash tip, so he walked away without getting one (and we tip our drivers well).

I gave this Papa Johns a 5 start rating not for the food but for the customer service, specifically for a woman named Jasmine. There was a mishap with some papa johns call center when I ordered that lead to my order being placed for 11am the next day instead of being placed for the night I called, and jasmine was wonderfully kind and personable and completely understood my frustration and immediately solved the issue. So really this review isn’t for papa johns at all it’s for Jasmine but she doesn’t have her own website to review lol. 5 stars for jasmine

I usually love their pizza, but for Halloween we had all our family come over to trick our treat then have our traditional pizza party after. We called in at 1 for our pizza to get here at 7:30. We were left on hold for a long time and our family all left. We spent a lot of money on this pizza and they told us at the time we were supposed to have our pizza that they were in their way. It came 20 minuets late and everyone was upset we couldn’t find out what was happening. Called for a manager and never got to the other side.It was not the drivers fault at all. He was completely understanding and saying how they can only deliver two orders at a time.
