Ruth's Chris Steak House

For the first time at this location the steaks were not good. My steak was bad and they replaced with a different type that was cooked ok but I didn't like and never would have ordered. I won't be going to this location for a kong time. But I will go to other Ruth's Chris locations.

Everything was very good except that our ribeye was very fatty. Tasty but all the fat was annoying.

Tony is the best! We always love coming to Ruth's Chris to eat before/after ND home games.

Never a bad experience at Ruth Chris. Every dinner is delicious and consistent. And the waitstaff is efficient, effective and personable, too.

Without a lot of notice, the manager very graciously allowed us to be in a private room to celebrate our son-in-law's birthday, which made the evening even more special. Our server Mariah was extremely professional and accommodating. The food was and the drinks were top notch as always. The entire staff delivered! Great job.

Excellent food and wait staff. Have eaten there several times, and have always had a positive experience. It's a little pricey compared to other local restaurants, but well worth the money, because the food and staff are not top notch.

Ruth Chris is always a great experience! Our waiter Tyson was amazing and provided exceptional service to us during our dinner!

We were celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary. The food and service was outstanding. We celebrate there every year at this time. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I had an interview at this location, and the manager treated me very poorly. I never had an experience like this where somebody degraded me while looking for income. The lady that interviewed me said she’s been working there for 5+ years and she believes that I don’t have what it takes and Proceeded to belittle me. She said to pick the position I’d like to be hired in as and to send her a message. Told me to contact her back and said she would get a hold of her managers and never reach back to me once I texted her a few times that same day about the position I wanted. I think it’s very unprofessional to treat people like they don’t matter or have feelings. I heard the steak is not that good it’s just overpriced and it taste like every other steak.
I’m thankful that I found a better position with people who could actually believe in me and see potential rather than evil people that talk down on others during hard times. She reminds me of AI no personality just a worker that wants to be better than everyone else and in control.

If we order again, I would ask for clarified butter and lemons.

1st time at a Ruth's Chris. Host staff was polite and professional. Was taken to the basement dining area. My wife and I were at first skeptical about basement dining, however it was decent. Wait staff was attentive, UNTIL, large parties were seated toward the end of our dining. It was at this point in which there was a long delay in serving our desert, which was brought by another waiter, since our original waiter was busy with a table of 13 or 14. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Ate with friends the Friday night before a Notre Dame home game. The restaurant was very busy but our group was handled with the utmost care and consideration. The service and the food was superb. A great time had by all.
