We just finished eating at Soho. We got there just as they were opening. The Hostess was great! She let my daughters feed the fish! After we were seated at the Hibachi and had a Chef named Ivan preparing our food. He was Awesome! We all had a great time! Looking forward to our next visit!

The sashimi is always presented beautifully and is quite generous with thick slices. The sushi chef shared a special appetizer and it was wonderful. In my opinion, they offer the broadest selection of cold and hot sake in our community. The cold sake flights allow for a smaller sampling to explore different options. When I was in Okinawa, Japan I developed an interest in cloudy sake which is served cold and is creamy. If you try the flavored varieties it is sweeter but if it’s too sweet just add an ice cube and it will balance it out. J-

Soho tends to be our son's choice of restaurants for his annual birthday dinner. We were seated promptly at our reservation time for an early dinner. Service was fast and friendly. Food was prepared swiftly and as ordered. The food was tasty as well. Despite this location having many negative reviews on Yelp we've never had a bad experience there...

We heard many good things about this restaurant and finally we went and tried! My kids love the food and the chef’s show! I like the atmosphere and food as well, I like how the chef and the server treated kids like they are very important customers, the chef made the balloons for my kids! The only thing is if you come at the busy time, there will be long line… we went around Sat noon and no wait?

Went for lunch today. The food was actually prepared very quickly. Chef was decent at his cooking skills and food was good. Service was absolutely horrible once again unfortunately. We waited for a very long period to pay, finally a different waitress came and brought us a few items and finished getting us checked out. As we were leaving I witnessed our waitress sitting at the bar talking on her cell phone. We were 1 of 3 tables in the entire restaurant.
Having anticipating the opportunity to leave a review of Soho for weeks, I find myself distracted after reading so many negative reviews about Soho before expressing my own experience. Soho is the best Japanese Restaurant I have visited in Indiana.On 01/17/24, I came for a late dinner to wrap up a business conversation at around 9 P.M. We were grateful to find a dark, comfortable restaurant that was not over-crowded or rushing to push customers out before closing time. Our servers were very hospitable (thank you Marissa and Haley). I couldn't help but notice that the host would appear near our table to overlook our stay and ensure that we were neither displeased nor left waiting for anything (thank you Jaden for your keen awareness and honorable professionalism). After leaving a standard tip, we spent about $160 on a dinner for two with sake and a few Japanese beers. If you love sushi as I do, my recommendation for you is a voyage upon the 'Ocean's 11', 45 piece assortment of Sashimi, Nigiri and Sushi Roll delight complete with full dinner service in a fine dining atmosphere. Magnificent. Bravo Zulu!

Honestly it's pethetic how when a person calls ahead 24 hours before for a reservation for a wonderful date night out, upon arrival we let them know we are here 5 min before 830pm. The asked if we had a reservation (keep in mind it's packed) and I said yes. They then PROCEEDED to tell us we have to wait 45 effing minutes. THEN WHEN PEOPLE CANCELLED the proceeded to seat walk-ins. The management is awful. This is the funny part.... We then got our name called twice and they proceeded to try and sit us at the grill when our reservations were for dine in table. And the host proceeded to get agitated and walked us around the whole establishment just to have us sit back in the waiting area. Food was mediocre At best. Honestly McDonald's would have been a quicker and better choice... THE MOST saddening part is I used to come every other weekend with my family and they will no longer happen.. and honestly nothing was done to make up FOR THEIR mistakes on a valentines date night.

The food at Soho is usually consistently good. However, it is expensive. On our last visit, our service was horrible. Our server forgot to put our sushi order in, we sat with empty drinks almost the entire time, and when she would come to our table to drop something off, she wouldn't acknowledge the rest of the table. We were going to order food to go, but decided against it since we couldn't get her attention.
