Covert Perspective

I always get a mocha cookie crumble frappucino from every Starbucks, and it never tastes quite right here. It's always slightly melted/too liquid when it should be frozen, and doesn't have enough mocha.

Came back on 5/16 and got a vanilla chai latte and potato bites and I was on the toilet with diarrhea a couple of hours later. A friend said they were vomiting and also had what seemed like food poisoning the next day from this location as well. I know this was the day that works were striking (hell yeah!) and maybe the power went out from the storms but this is unacceptable if you're getting customers sick!

I stop in here so many times a week and order the same drink and it is hardly ever made right. For $9.20 I expect my drink be made and taste great. This is getting ridiculous. I'm either going to be done with Starbucks or be driving out of my way to go to the store that knows my order by my first name.

Employees are so sweet here, a women gave me a bagel it was so kind of her! Love their drinks and food always.

One I received my drink order. I politely stated that it was incorrect. And tried to explain what was the issue.Instead of trying to fix my order the rude lady told me no that’s what I order. And didn’t proceed to correct it anyway. I would not recommend any one to come to this location. I order Starbucks almost everyday at a different location and it’s always been correct the first time.

Went in to get my drink and it was a huge mess. Pouring out the sides of the drink and all over the counter. This place has had nothing but problems with me and others. DON’T RECOMMEND.

got my usual drink that i get almost EVERY day so i can TELL when its made wrong, its almost $10 and today was a monday so i especially needed it and i ordered it on the app and then got it and first taste i could tell it was made wrong and i just knew a man made it because EVERY SINGLE TIME a man makes my drink at starbucks its always wrong EVERY TIME and it was in fact a man who made it🤦🏼‍♀️. ruined my entire day #nomenshouldworkatstarbucks

The Starbucks inside of Martin's is a bit frustrating.
The barista was unwilling to be helpful. I wanted cold brew, but she couldn't do it without an appointment??? Really?

I know I'm no coffee officianado, but wow. I bought the hot coffee, took it home, and poured it over a ton of ice. Voila! Iced coffee.

The best part was the pistachio muffins right there at Martin's!

Used drive-thru for an iced White Chocolate Mocha, skinny. Drink was made correctly, employee was nice. This location in the early afternoon wasn't very busy, so the wait was short. The drink is pricey, so I can't frequent very often.

I've been to this location 3 times.
1st, I ordered through the app from my home, about 8 miles away, and when I got there, my coffee wasn't as hot as I wanted.
The second time, I ordered through the app while driving toward the store, and the coffee and food were ready, and everything was great.
For my 3rd visit, I tried to order from my car again, but for some reason, the internet signal wasn't connecting. I submitted the order, and the screen sat there loading but couldn't connect to complete the order. I restarted my phone and tried again. The order sat and loaded for a couple of minutes, and then it finally went through about a block away from the store. When I got to the window, I told the barista that the order just went through out at the red-light. When I pulled around to the window, a woman popped her head out of the drive-through window and scolded me. She instructed me to order using the speaker box and not the app if I was that close to the store. I had to sit there and defend my self, explaining that I placed my order 5 miles up the road but that due to poor internet in the area that morning, it only went through when I was close to the store.
I understand that accepting orders from the app when a customer is close to the store may cause some problems for the workers, but I placed my order 10 minutes/5 miles earlier and couldn't help that the connection didn't work until I was close to the store. I felt like she could have asked me to use the order box instead of the app or asked if I was having trouble with the app before deciding that I needed to be fussed at like a child first thing in the morning when I'm on my way to work. This bothered me all day yesterday, and I opted to skip my coffee today because I didn't want to go back to that store. I'll be looking for another location to visit from now on.

First time here, ordered a lavender matcha. Had no lavender. She said she made it and it did have lavender. That’s fine but i get it all the time it tasted regular and wasn’t even purple. She said with an attitude “I can make you more foam but i’m NOT making you a new one”. She was very rude. I did not approach her rudely either. I didn’t even ask for her to make a new one. I just wanted it made right. She made me new foam which she clearly can’t make bc it still tasted like regular foam and wasn’t purple. My boyfriend even said it’s never not been purple. Anyways it’s fine, but her attitude was really what bugged me. Looked like she hated her job. I also said “I’m really sorry about this” I apologized for something that wasn’t my fault. She just mumbled “it’s ok…”. I was an extreme inconvenience to her, she could’ve done it right the first time. This is a picture after she “remade” the cold foam. Still looks like regular cold foam… ANYWAYS her attitude is what brought me here.
