Super cheap owners. Paid for extra ingredients and did not get them. I ordered carry-out and didn't realize it until we got home. They don't accept any coupons and their sandwiches are more expensive than other subway restaurants in the area. There is another subway down the street that provides a much better experience. I will not be back to this one.

Placed an online order for pickup, and they made one of the sandwiches wrong. Ordered a "Bella Mozza" #5 which literally has mozzarella in the name and description, but they left it off the sandwich. When we called the manager on duty only wanted to argue that the cheese wasn't included on the sandwich. Really, it's literally in the name!? No apology, no offer for a credit, they only wanted us to bring the sandwich back so they could remake it. Ridiculous. Won't be returning to this location if that's how they want to treat customers.

I love this place. I eat there all the time, I never have any issue there.I m not happy. There is old lady, she closed the at 9:57pm on Oct 17,2022. I knocked door, she looked at me then ignored me. I hope u guys look into camera and let her know how to take care customer or change your closing time from 10pm to 9:57pm.
