Placed an online order for pickup, and they made one of the sandwiches wrong. Ordered a "Bella Mozza" #5 which literally has mozzarella in the name and description, but they left it off the sandwich. When we called the manager on duty only wanted to argue that the cheese wasn't included on the sandwich. Really, it's literally in the name!? No apology, no offer for a credit, they only wanted us to bring the sandwich back so they could remake it. Ridiculous. Won't be returning to this location if that's how they want to treat customers.
They weren't busy and now o know why - the bathrooms have not been cleaned in at least a month! Preferred to put my purse on the floor rather than the sink if that makes it clear.

I love this place. I eat there all the time, I never have any issue there.I m not happy. There is old lady, she closed the at 9:57pm on Oct 17,2022. I knocked door, she looked at me then ignored me. I hope u guys look into camera and let her know how to take care customer or change your closing time from 10pm to 9:57pm.

I ordered the new boss meatball sub and three cookies for pickup on the app. Stupid me didnt check to make sure the order was correct. Sure enough both the sub and cookies were wrong. Employee didnt offer any compensation for having to drive back to get correct sub (roughly 10 miles round trip). Will take my business elsewhere to say firehouse or jersey mikes.
