They owed us credit for leaving our trio out. They honored the replacement but it and the new trio we bought was cold and old tasting! I was staying next store at quality so no reason for this. I heated up but it made me sick to my stomach. We didn’t even bother calling them back. I have little expectation of it being worth eating. We threw it away!

🤮 if I could rate -5 I would both times we came the food was cold and not even made right. The employees do not care about customers and let's not forget to mention the shake machine is always down when you call to speak to a manager you never get one or no one answers the phone. This is just horrible and for the amount of money we spent you would think they want customers to return this place obviously doesn't care at all.

I had the BEST experience this evening! The manager Cam was FANTASTIC and his customer service skills are TOP NOTCH. My food was HOT and was exactly how I ordered it! I will make this location my permanent Burger King Thank you so much for a great experience!
just wish that every single time i ordered a PLAIN double cheeseburger, i didn’t arrive home to a burger covered in toppings that i’m not going to touch. i guess it’s my own fault for not checking…

Our food took forever to come out and when it did everything was extremely dry the floors were dirty along with the bathrooms. The employees were taking their sweet time with preparing our food. 4 people were waiting on their food and it took about 20 minutes just for the first one to get it
