Everything was great. Only gripe is the the ketchup dispenser is chunky. Like the ketchup has chunks in it.

They owed us credit for leaving our trio out. They honored the replacement but it and the new trio we bought was cold and old tasting! I was staying next store at quality so no reason for this. I heated up but it made me sick to my stomach. We didn’t even bother calling them back. I have little expectation of it being worth eating. We threw it away!

🤮 if I could rate -5 I would both times we came the food was cold and not even made right. The employees do not care about customers and let's not forget to mention the shake machine is always down when you call to speak to a manager you never get one or no one answers the phone. This is just horrible and for the amount of money we spent you would think they want customers to return this place obviously doesn't care at all.

I had the BEST experience this evening! The manager Cam was FANTASTIC and his customer service skills are TOP NOTCH. My food was HOT and was exactly how I ordered it! I will make this location my permanent Burger King Thank you so much for a great experience!

Our food took forever to come out and when it did everything was extremely dry the floors were dirty along with the bathrooms. The employees were taking their sweet time with preparing our food. 4 people were waiting on their food and it took about 20 minutes just for the first one to get it
Unfortunately we don't get what ordered. Asked for tomatoes and pickle no lettuce. Got lettuce and pickles no tomato.

I only gave this nasty place a star because I had to give them something to post a review. They keep the doors locked most of the time and when the doors are open the dinning room is so dirty. They serve cold food. They are lazy and rude.

I have a hard time believing they are all out of every fried side. Obviously they shut down fryers and didn’t want to cook. Here from out of town and was going to grab a quick bite to take back to hotel. If they are out of everything and refuse to cook then just close.

Chanda Russell is always super polite to me very friendly when I come to the drive-thru and always make sure that my order is correct. She is a great asset to the Burger King in Aurora Indiana and I love going through the drive-thru when she is working she is amazing!
