I had the BEST experience this evening! The manager Cam was FANTASTIC and his customer service skills are TOP NOTCH. My food was HOT and was exactly how I ordered it! I will make this location my permanent Burger King Thank you so much for a great experience!

Our food took forever to come out and when it did everything was extremely dry the floors were dirty along with the bathrooms. The employees were taking their sweet time with preparing our food. 4 people were waiting on their food and it took about 20 minutes just for the first one to get it

I only gave this nasty place a star because I had to give them something to post a review. They keep the doors locked most of the time and when the doors are open the dinning room is so dirty. They serve cold food. They are lazy and rude.

I have a hard time believing they are all out of every fried side. Obviously they shut down fryers and didn’t want to cook. Here from out of town and was going to grab a quick bite to take back to hotel. If they are out of everything and refuse to cook then just close.

Chanda Russell is always super polite to me very friendly when I come to the drive-thru and always make sure that my order is correct. She is a great asset to the Burger King in Aurora Indiana and I love going through the drive-thru when she is working she is amazing!
Horrible customer service. Even called to get corporate info and she declined it. Tried to get regional manager info the store manager said she wasn’t giving her info out. All because they couldn’t figure out a coupon. And refuse to do anything about it. Only Burger King I ever had issues with. Terrible place they should get new management and workers for sure

Whopper meat and bun were cold. Cheese was half way on sandwich and none of it was melted.
