Avoid the new Dunkin in Lawrenceburg! There was a problem with my drink, so I asked them to remake it. The one employee just took it back no problem, then another started complaining/yelling about it. They had 8 people working in there and it was still taking over 10 minutes to get drinks out.

Messed up my coffee twice which wasn’t a difficult order worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to

I ordered on the app. You can’t specifically order whipped cream on iced coffee via the app so I chose one of the specialty drinks that included whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle….they just handed me a normal drink in a cup with a flat lid. No whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. It’s like a $6 drink. I want what I paid for and I think that’s fair.

A bit cramped inside but they were a bit busy. Service staff was very friendly and quick getting what we ordered.
Friendly staff, offered several items and coffees. All were good!!!

Busy little Dunkin! The food/drinks were exactly what you expect from a good Dunkin! I think they need more help tho as the drive thru was wrapped and we waited inside a good bit.

Very limited donut selection. Husband got a Bavarian cream filled donut that had a single bit of cream in it. Our total was $6 and some change…tried to give the change and she “couldn’t accept it because she already put it in” meaning typed in the whole bills we gave her…..disappointing.
