Just got two coffees, two donuts, some loaded hash-browns and bacon. The hash-browns were ice cold like they’d been sitting out for hours. The Boston crème donuts were so old/stale that the filling had basically absorbed into the donut. We got the new protein latte’s that I had tried at the one in Batesville and loved it, just to have the exact opposite experience here. It tasted like the most basic plain coffee you could get. Pretty disappointing.

Terrible service at this location. Ordered 3 coffees and a snack on 2 seperate orders, the staff seemed very uninformed about their products or even how to properly use the system for ordering. We ordered and 1 coffee came up within a couple minutes, then after waiting 10 minutes for the other 2, my friend went up to ask how long and they didnt even have the order. We had to give the receipt so they could get the order, said they'd have it out. They got one coffee out and it was someone else's order, then they came to the counter saying they were missing something for the 3rd coffee. Instead of telling us they were out of ingredients while at the counter ordering they waited til we asked where our order was. They go back to make it, come back to the counter saying they are out of yet ANOTHER ingredient for the 3rd coffee. They had what they had made without said ingredient and it tasted AWFUL, no coffee just water and whatever else they put in it. They gave the wrong food when they gave it to us and when we finally got the right food, it was freezing cold. The other 2 in my group went to complain but there was no manager on staff which is COMPLETELY unacceptable, especially since the staff is incompetent and cant communicate and pay attention. Overall TERRIBLE experience and will not go back.

Coffees weren’t even full, asked for larges and the cups were 3/4 full, might as well have gotten mediums and not paid so much. The munchkins were STALE, so gross and not worth the money.

I wanna share that my daydream refresher was supposed to have cold foam... I got whipped cream. It was so watered down. My friend got a cappuccino and it had NO coffee... Milk and syrup only. She works at a different Dunkin and we decided to go to the 24 hr one. I'm surprised it's even in business. The avocado toast was cold and soggy, not toasted. The bacon was cold and uncooked. The only thing that was good... Was the hash browns. I'm surprised they weren't burnt to a crisp or even cooked. Definitely don't go here.

Avoid the new Dunkin in Lawrenceburg! There was a problem with my drink, so I asked them to remake it. The one employee just took it back no problem, then another started complaining/yelling about it. They had 8 people working in there and it was still taking over 10 minutes to get drinks out.
