I order the same drink every day and yet it's always different. Some days no ice, some day half full with nothing but foam. Sometimes basically warm even though it's an iced drink. Continues to charge me for stuff they don't have. Charged me $2.45 for a pumpkin muffin, gave me a single pumpkin donut. Tiresome.

The service and products at this location aren't just bad, they're abysmal. We have received partially frozen food and our orders have been wrong or bad everytime we have stopped through. I can't tell you how many times they have handed me my coffee just for me to hand it right back to them, also the order is ALWAYS lukewarm when we order hot coffees. The staff has been immature and impatient with us and they don't even pretend to care. When I called to ask for a manager, they said they leave at noon daily which might be part of the problem. It has been bad consistently enough to push me to leave a review.

“Sorry it’s taking so long, but we’re shorthanded today.” Nothing was taking any time, but it should have. I just paid $4 plus each for croissants, and the sausage was cold as if it just came out of a refrigerator. They put the sandwich into a microwave for maybe 15 seconds; just long enough to get the croissant kinda warm enough to get us away from the place before I realized I was essentially scammed. It’s drive-through, so I guess it was figured that I’d be on my way and they wouldn’t have to deal with it. I’m extremely disappointed, because this new location works great for us. We’ll definitely be stopping at Biggby next time.

The Greendale Dunkin has consistently been open til 9pm and tonight some employees were outside and we asked if it closed at 9pm and they said "here's the bag" referring to trash they were taking out. Kinda rude. Wasted my gas and time.. unfortunately they didn't update the times they were open.

This place is great. Super friendly staff. Even let us sample all the flavors before buying. That way we got exactly what we liked.
Kid-friendliness: They were great with my children. Let me know what was on the menu suitable for kids. Also let us sample every flavor refresher before purchasing anything. That way my 8 yr. daughter wasn't getting something she would not like.
I seriously don't know why I keep trying Dunkin. Went in because drive thru was busy. Lots of kids working, all focusing on the drive thru. 1 of the employees finally noticed me and asked if I'd been helped. Nope, not yet. It was so noisy she could barely hear my order, half of it was wrong. Won't be back, too many other options
