I have visited the Greendale location 6-8 times. All employees are friendly and polite. Twice I didn't get seasoning on the avocado toast but really, if that's the worst complaint I have, I am okay with that.

First time ever going there, I stood at the counter for at least 10 solid minutes while an employee tried to enter my order (but they had just opened this brand new location). Just the other day I sat in the drive thru 2 cars back from the window not moving for what felt like an eternity. The other times I've visited were great though. Employees are always very nice and I love Dunkin coffee. I'm very glad this area now has a drive thru Dunkin.

This is my favorite location. The AM staff does an exceptional job. They have some awesome personalities working here, which helps me wake up and starts my day out positive. Even when it gets busy, the morning staff is always friendly and have a smile on their faces. Great job!!! I look forward to seeing you each morning.

Dunkin’ coffee is over rated and I’m over it. It doesn’t taste good. Doughnuts are good. The women that work here are fine. The man that works here is rude. My husband ordered a cold brew- they gave him peppermint mocha. The woman was apologetic and you could hear the man in the back saying “that’s what he ordered”. Sir, no it wasn’t. It’s okay you made a mistake. He was rude the first time we went there too.

Every coffee is tasteless and has no sweetness whatsoever. I have gone there multiple times getting a different coffee every time and even added extra carmel when I got a carmel macchiato and it was still tasteless and unsweet.
