The waitress Eva was very good and helpful. She pointed out the specials and healthy items as well. She was very through. Kept checking on us to make sure we didn't run short on anything like our drinks, sauces...etc.
They need to hire more people like her. Very good and pleasant waitress.

Extremely disappointed with my order my daughter just picked up. NOTHING WAS RIGHT. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and there's literally NO sauce and the pizza is incredibly greasy. I asked for garlic butter with my breadsticks and there was none. My wings came dry when I asked for sauce I'm including a photo of the dry, greasy pizza. I paid $53 and none of it is edible. The staff at this Larosas just don't care. This has happened before and I'm fed up. They should offer to deliver the order to me for free since I already used my gas to go pick it up and it isn't right.

They have many pizza choices but lots of other items also. I enjoyed a tuna sandwich with homemade potato chips. Quite tasty.

The medium pizza was so small, almost the size of a small...we ordered 3 toppings which were barley any! Your pizza went from a 10 to a 0...I will not be going back!!!
Tasteless pizza hand tossed double pepperoni ordered a large are 1.5 pieces puddle of oil on pan and plate. Do not recommend

I am from Cincinnati and will always advocate for all things Cincinnati.
This location, while I love larosas, sucks. I ordered while visiting my hometown to get the authentic larosas experience and was so vehemently underwhelmed I'd have a hard time ordering from any location again.
Edit: I completed the form they sent and they did not rectify the situation. They provided a credit for less than the cost of the incorrect item.
