Was waiting 10 minutes to ilorder and Noone came to take my order they all just kept looking over at me,so I say excuse me is any one take order up front and lady response very rude and say re are busy right now I get with you when we can and was very rude about it.

I asked for Carmel and whipped cream and they gave me butterscotch, I even went up there and said to me about it and they told me that it was caramel, but I’m allergic to butterscotch. Happens all the time.

I ordered carry out breakfast. The person taking the order was extremely rude. My food came out quickly but our drinks took 30 minutes to receive. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked if I could get my drink. They said they were too busy and no one could make a coffee. After another 15 minutes I asked for a manager. She was less than helpful. I watched multiple employees be rude to other customers during my wait. If you want good service skip this location.

Paid for our meals with app .went to pickup food they were closed for technical reasons. Went to the other McDonald's owned by same person. They would not give me my food without paying again . Now I have to wait 3 days to get refund .They must think we all have money like that .

Never coming to this location again. every single time I do is just completely dog ****.
Don't give me a table number if you're not going to bring me the food. Don't whisper the number either. If I'm coming to get it then you better be loud enough to hear. Don't serve food where the bread is harder than petrified stone. Definitely don't "purge" the ketchup dispenser before a customer uses it so they get absolutely covered in ketchup. 9 employee vehicles, no customers in the dining room, and so many problems? Inexcusable.
Place is an outright joke. Go somewhere else.
