Pulling people forward to make your numbers is insane. Absolute joke to sit and wait for food for 30 plus minutes. Might want to start telling people how long the wait is like its a papa John's delivery order.

Horrible service and management! Very rude employees!! Waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes before driving to the pick up window just to wait another 10 minutes before being acknowledged by any employee when the window was open and several passed by laughing and looked to be horse playing! Once the lady finally came to the window, she made me drive around so they could type in my mobile order code, which I don’t understand why she couldn’t do from the window. So, I drove around again to wait another 10 minutes at the speaker before they would even acknowledge I was there. Finally, Then they told me that they cannot take drive-through orders, even though it was already a mobile order and the order was already placed and paid for.
