It's not too often that I throw down a 5 star review for a restaurant, let alone a Mickey D's but I stopped there today and was floored by how perfect my meal was. Order was placed ahead of time using the app. I pulled up, gave them my code, pulled around to side, was promptly greeted, had my order confirmed then pulled up to next window where I was again greeted, to my surprise, by a sweet lady that looked she was someone's grandmother. It was Mc Donald’s. The first time they screwed my order up so I had to do the normal loopy back around and second time was better than the first time. Not sure why they can’t manage it right first time instead of the second time.

The woman who is I’m assuming manager here needs to learn how to talk and be respectful to customers. Every time I’ve been at the window with her she is aggressive and rude. I know every one has bad days but customer service is a big part of your job. Do better or find a job where you don’t interact with customers.
