Starting my vacation on Christmas Day was a shot in the dark. I knew going into it that my meals might be limited to gas stations and/or whatever I found on the side of the road. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the Waffle House was open! Let’s be serious, we aren’t surprised. Waffle House has no family.

I stopped in for steak and eggs and left with a smile. The employees had such a good rapport with each other and watching them work was a pleasure.
