Been coming here for years, the last two times they couldn’t even cook a steak right. I asked for Medium, and I got shoe leather, the brought a new one that was raw!!!!! Manager didn’t even care, very un professional and didn’t even present himself as a manager and had to wait 10 minutes for him to come to my table, after I asked for him!!!! I was super upset and he didn’t care at all, just said “ sorry”!!!!.This place is terrible. We won’t be back after this!!! Management is terrible and don’t order the Ribeye!!!!

My wife and I stopped on our way to Ohio on July 3. I had the best burger that I've had in a long time. Perfectly seared, well done but still juicy. Wife's meal was very good too. Server was attentive and friendly.

The server we had was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and content throughout our visit. The food was also very good but my steak was not cooked to the temp I had asked for and the kitchen had forgot to add the shrimp and toppings (bourbon street steak and shrimp). I ended up getting the shrimp and sauce but never received the mushrooms and onion that it was supposed to have. I would advise anyone visiting this place to double check your food once it is served. Other than that our visit was overall a pleasant one. I would return just for the attentive service!

We eat here alot and usually have a Great experience. Our server today was terrible. My grandsons chicken was dry and over cooked. My granddaughter got chicken Alfredo, there was no chicken. Our server never came back to tell her how bad it was. Also that poo smell needs taken care of in the building.
