I went to Applebee's in Greenfield tonight the steak I ordered was a completely to my liking but they absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent shout out to Makayla our server and the manager Cody who did everything within their power to make sure we were happy and well fed when we left other than my steak not being exactly cooked to my liking the food was very good overall I would recommend this place!

My daughters and I had a great dinner tonight. Everything was delicious .Our server was Emily (with the scented unicorn stickers). She did FANTASTIC!! She was so kind and cheery. If the food wasn't good, which it was, she would've made it better. Thanks so much Emily!!!

I had ribs which were awesome! I had mashed potatoes since they do not offer baked, also few veggies options. The service was good, but our waiter never smiled, not one time.
I joined a friend in from Wisconsin for the Solar Eclipse. We shared their Combo Appetizer - everything tasted great! Good food, good Service.
