This place is primarily catering and take-out. But, on Fridays they have a special and you can dine in (4-7 PM). It's a small place and not easy to find first time. But look across the street from the fire station. We saw they were having prime rib last Friday and decided to give it a try. The meat was smoked and had excellent flavor (if you like prime rib and smokey flavor - and we do). The people were very friendly and took time to explain the process to first timers. The schedule for last month was: 1st Friday...Baby Back Ribs 2nd Friday...........Party Wings 3rd Friday.Tri-Tip Roast/Sandwiches 4th Friday......Burgers & Brats 5th Friday......Prime Rib Can't wait to see what's next. If you sign up for their "Fans of the Fool" club, you get a discount.

We pre-ordered ribs for Grant’s Friday night pick-up. Took them home along with Fools beans & potato salad. They were meaty & literally so tender they just fell off the bone. Great meal! And Grant does so much for our community from his support for The Landing, first responders, The Troops, local non-profits, & individuals in need too.
