Great service!! Food was good but not quite what it used to be before they revamped their menu. Some things are better left unchanged

I spent $160 on the premium farmhouse feast that serves 8 to 10 people. Although it sounds like a really good deal, you get a very small amount of servings to begin with. But with the feast I ordered the containers of green beans and corn were half full. The dressing containers were only 3/4 away full. I only had four full slices of ham and then they’re cut in half to make eight slices. And finally, the cranberry relish is a tiny little container. Fortunately, I’m still making other sides that will accommodate 8 to 10 people, because this feast does not serve 8 to 10 people to begin with, but especially when containers are half full. This would be a great deal If the portions were accurate, but they’re not.

I have ordered family meals in the past and the containers were half full and not enough for my family. I don’t know if it’s the location I’m going to, so I should’ve known not to order from here, but thinking that this is a called a feast, there would be more food, but I thought wrong.

Ordered Biscuits and Gravy and only got 1 biscuit and the container of gravy only had enough to cover half the biscuit ?. It was $8. Something. The portions are smaller BUT the prices are higher. Bob Evans USED to be my favorite and ONLY place to get my biscuits and gravy. I can't afford to get ripped off.

Walked out because we couldn't get seated. They are always short staffed, and if you do get waited on, it takes forever to get your food.

Not impressed. We had steak tips and country fried steak. Portions were small. We even bought two extra side. I am still hungry. We spent $42.15 before tip. Pricey for what we got. Definetly will be a long time before we go back.

I ordered breakfast via DoorDash and the sausage gravy that was supposed to come with my meal was forgotten. I made the drive up there to get it and when I got home the container was barely a quarter full. I actually could not believe it. So disappointing and will definitely keep me away for the foreseeable future. The food itself was fine.
