The good news is that we didn't have to wait to get seated on a Friday night, but after a couple hours we knew why. Our waitress was great, and we got drinks and appetizers quickly. We didn't order anything off the wall.. three of us got wings and one got a sandwich, but we didn't get all of that until we'd been there for over 90 minutes. The group of people waiting for takeout was quite large and they all looked pretty disappointed, so I'm assuming there's a general kitchen problem at this location. Seems like it would be easy to fix, but in looking at the reviews just now it seems like it's been going on for a while so the manager and owner have to know what's up. If any of you guys see this, pay more to get additional or better kitchen staff and it'll return additional revenue to you by increasing your throughput and bringing customers back up your location.

My wife and I walked in and a lady was already waiting infront of us at an unattended front desk and looked to be accompanied by two additional people. I am not sure how long the lady had already been waiting before us. My wife and I stood around for roughly 8 minutes, possibly longer, within clear view of 3 or 4 staff members. 3 additional people came in behind us. The restaurant looked to be about 60% full. After waiting with none of the staff deciding to come over to make any level of contact, I walked over to them and communicated to them they could clearly see me and my wife and others waiting and that they should make at least some level, any level, of contact. They said they had low staffing and that their kitchen was closed right now. My wife and I left. If the location has staffing issues, the staff should still try to make some level of contact with customers as they come in, or at the very minimum put a sign at the front desk communicating any information they want to communicate if they can't attend it, as opposed to letting customers wait unattended with no form of contact in any manner. The location also looked dirty.

This is the worst and I mean the worst bdubs I have ever eaten in my entire life and I have been eating bdubs for 20 years now. Honey BBQ has been around for a long time and when the sauce doesn’t taste right you know when it doesn’t taste right, my boneless wings took 1 hour to be done when it wasn’t busy, the wings came out and tasted completely different and when I asked if the sauce was expired or changed it was my fault they didn’t taste right when my friend ordered the same thing and agreed with me. The staff walks around doing nothing and doesn’t help when you ask and for them not being busy you’d think you could get some help around here. Horrible, awful, and gross. I don’t think I will ever go to another bdubs for a very long time because of this exact store.

We just had the absolute worst experience at this location. The host didn’t even seat us or speak clearly. He seemed unhappy to be alive. It took 20 minutes to get someone to change the TV to a game we wanted to watch. We were there for a total of 50 minutes. The waitress never once came to check on us or refill our drinks. Another waitress had to actually give us our first round of waters. In fact, no wait staff was anywhere to be found! Our food came out with our appetizer after 50 minutes. Mind you, this was a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy at all! We spoke to the manager and he blamed it on our ticket being messed up. We left without eating. People in our section had to ask for plates and napkins after their food arrived. Awful! We were seated near the drink station and I was close to refilling my own drinks. Everyone working on October 26th, 2025 around 2 o’clock needs to be fired!

Tried ordering online and their online only deals wont work because it says drinks are unavailable. I called the store and the lady said they were out of cups but have them now so wait 15 minutes and try again. I tried again 15 minutes later and put in my order and went to pay and no payment would be accepted. I tried 3 different payment methods and my husband's and it still wouldn't work. I tried calling the store and the phone continuously rang and then just hung up. That happened 4 times! Finally I just placed my order with another wing place. I rarely try to order with Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenfield and every single time I do, there is nothing but problems. I'm sure they will eventually go out of business with their poor service just like the Shelbyville one did.

Delivery service is a joke. I realize I get shorted an item on the delivery, after tipping the driver, then call the store. They ask me to come get it, then offer a discount for a future purchase since they couldn’t bring it to me. Wife goes to pick it up from them instead, and she stands there for 15 minutes and still didn’t receive the missing food from my order. Pathetic
