We just left this location (7:40 pm on 12/9), and I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman working the drive-thru. He had glasses and was incredibly kind, patient, and apologetic about the wait. Even when an item was missing from my order, he went above and beyond to make it right.Customer service is so rare these days, but his effort truly stood out and made me appreciate this location even more. Thank you for the outstanding service!

These young folks are clueless and lost. As i stepped up to order there was a spill in the kitchen coming from the back of one of the machines. Looked like cola syrup or something. One prep guy in the kitchen. One in the lobby. 3 people up front. Why did the only guy prepping food stop to clean up spill while NO ONE continued making food? Just stood around looking crazy. Finally the guy in lobby goes in kitchen... but... he pulls gloves out of his pocket (used ones) and continue making food. Im so glad the robots are taking over

Every time I COME to this burger King the time takes to long. The lady at the drive thru window was rude and had me pull up to wait even longer for my food. When she brought my food out , she pretty much shoved the foodin my hand and said have a nice day.

This is in the truck stop parking lot, they close the dining area doors @ 10:00pm and have drive thru ONLY NO WALK UPS ALLOWED!!! You’re at a truck stop, you close the dining area and say NO WALK UPS FOR DRVE THRU ONLY! What are we supposed to do drive thru with our 18 wheelers???

Every other time I've gone here my experience has been great and the food has been great up until lately, when my girlfriend and I received our food we noticed that we didn't get the sauces we asked for, our fries were cold and my burger wasn't even hot or fely fresh it tasted okay and barely felt warm. Hopefully next time we go back we'll have a better experience but tonight was terrible.

For a Burger King it's alright. Only used drive thru and workers were friendly. Food was also OK. Could've used ketchup with my fries but forgot to ask and I guess they don't assume you will need it if you get fries.
