When online ordering, they are very stingy about their portions. I counted four tiny pieces of chicken on my chicken bowl. So little quac on my bowl I had to search for it.
My wife didn’t get her guacamole at all.
The lady at the window was nice though.

The protein portion was almost half a spoon. I had to add another portion for my plate to look like a $11 plate. I know shrinkflation is real, but please, raise the price but give us decent portions. This is getting out of control.

The tall guy with long hair that made my food gave me the smallest portions possible, then proceeded to spill salsa all over my quesadilla container so salsa was all over, and when they put it in the bag they spilled the salsa all over the inside of my bag making a huge mess. The food and service quality was terrible.
Everyone working here is very nice and truly helps me have a better day every time I come it. Truly comfort food.

I was skimped on every single ingredient. I had to ask for more of everything that i wanted even a normal portion of. I was given half a scoop of chicken. Half a scoop of beans. The young lady who served me gave me the smallest pinch of cheese i’ve ever seen in my life, and when i kindly asked for a little more, she picked up 3 shreds of cheese and called that good. I am beyond frustrated. The one thing i received a large amount of was sour cream. All i can taste in this bowl is sour cream and absolutely no cheese. Chipotle continues to raise prices and lower quality of service and size of portions. I love the food, but i get closer every day to never eating here again.

I haven't been in here for a while because the bar area was so messy last time I was here and they forgot to put the guacamole in my bag - so I had to turn around and go back in and get it. This time it was clean. I love the rice bowl with chicken and guacamole. The only thing I seen wrong this time was the lettuce had water standing on it. Plus, I ask for my guacamole on the side instead of on my rice bowl and they charged me 2.75 extra.🤔

Probably ok if you go inside to order but do not order for delivery. I’ve ordered carry out or delivery from here multiple times and my order has always been incorrect. Tonight, chicken tacos…but they left out the chicken. Also got chips and guac and the chips taste like they are several days old. Not a great experience to say the least.

This location is amazing! This our favorite location to visit because the food is always amazing and service is always friendly! The staff and especially the manager who always work Monday nights after we get out of practice always ensure we have everything we need!
