I called to speak with a manager after my food arrived ice cold. I was rudely informed by one of the managers (a male) that it wasn't their problem and they had nothing to do with it. Interesting considering I ordered through the Cracker Barrel App and paid for it there in the app. Cracker Barrels App selected who delivered my order not me. When speaking with my delivery driver he said that the order was at the counter when he arrived. They had it already sitting there for an unknown amount of time. When I spend close to $100 for dinner for my family and it arrives cold I would think the LEAST that the manager could do is apologize.

Been eating here for years, and never had an issue. The past few times though, the food quality has gone downhill. Cold food, smaller portions, and just..different. The service has also gotten quite slow.

Biscuits were mushy and almost had a raw texture. Eggs were like ribbons. And the impossible sausage was over cooked like hockey pucks. Coffee came out like warm and was cold very fast.

ordered the fish fry...cod, fries, coleslaw
4 pieces....ok but they were "nuggets".....3" x 3" AND THE PRICE WENT UP...$15.59!!!! CULVERS is serving a much better value cod dinner. Customer beware....WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

I have been critical of this unit in the past but things are much better. Had dinner there last night and finally the food was great! They have redecorated and after a few minutes I really like it very much. Brighter and cleaner looking. We older folks don't like drastic changes but get past the initial feeling and you will like it!!

Only comment that is negative....went to pay bill and there was a backed up line caused by two ladies who could not redeem their peg points. The female manager on duty was no where to be seen...she HIDES...needs to be fired.

2 people in our party of 5 were charged for 2 six packs of Blue Moon beers but only had 1 beer each. We were charged $11.99 for 1 beer on 2 bills. I called the restaurant they said they couldn't refund us because it was past 24 hours. We needed to call customer care ...when I called couldn't get a live person just a web site. If 2 blue moon beers were $5.00 each that's $10.00 we paid $23.98 plus tax and tip off the elevated cost.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accommodated our need for a wheel chair table.

This place is a joke waitress took our order and waited 30+ minutes a group that came in 20 minutes after us got there food…we walked out wish they would get some decent management in there

Had a large group... 20+ primarily teens. Call ahead and let them know roughly what time we would be arriving. They said they don't do reservations. OK well that's fine but we have 20 plus on our way there. We arrive. The "host" is an older gentleman who was extremely rude. Basically tried to turn us away. Once 20 teens came walking in the store, magically they wanted them seated. We didn't get to sit in the same section. Scattered us throughout the entire place, when the very back section was basically empty and could have accommodated all of us at various tables. Because we were scattered we all got food at way different times. One table didn't even get their food until everyone else was already finished eating. They were forgotten. Over an hour. It was by far the worst experience overall I have had at any Cracker Barrel. The only saving grace for me personally was we had a fantastic server, Trinity! She was super sweet and very friendly. Next time we have a team outing... chances are we will go elsewhere.

Service was wonderful but food was disappointing.
Steak was tough no taste,my wife had the chicken tenders she didn't like. Nothing else tasted good. Very disappointed.
Won't be back.

The worst service we have ever received at the Greenfield IN restaurant
Waitress was just dingy, didn’t know your menu and when asked to check on certain items.she just giggled
Wanted the FRIDAY FISH FRY and the waitress ( in her giggling) told us they forgot to thaw the fish out? How does this even happen when that’s the daily special?
My husband asked for his sweet tea in a to go cup and she brought the cup out with no lid.. upon finishing our dinner we asked for to go drinks in large to go cups, she brought them out in kids cups with no lids. Had to ask her for the lids and told us she wasn’t allowed to use the large cups. I asked if they were still available and she giggled and said yes but she wasn’t allowed to use them.
I’m not sure I believe that because the last time we were there we received our to go drinks in the large cups.

Overall the worst service ever.
And we NEVER saw a manager in the place?
Maybe that’s the problem?

carrots were cold. chicken and dumplings brought to me when i ordered chicken and dumpling SOUP. also insanely bland. forced us to pick more than one side then didn’t even bring them. took FOREVER when we were in a rush. terrible.

Decided to give it a shot since we haven't been in a while. Gotnseated right away and our server was amazing. Took about 30 minutes to get our appetizer, and i5 was eating not hot when we got it i had my two kids so we just ate the warm fried pickles since we waited so long. The waitress was very apologetic even though this was no fault of hers. I thi k the kitchen was short staffed and this caused everything to run behind. My son got the dumplings which had hardly any dumplings. My wife had the country fired chicken which she likes and my daughter got the kids pancakes. I had the chicken tenders and they were decent, but the two sides I got were a different story. The mac and cheese tasted burnt and you could clearly see it was over cooked. The hashbrown casserole is usually my go to , bu5 this was so bad I spit it out in my napkin. It literally tasted like it was old and tasted horribly. I hope the place gets better as my family and I like cracker barrel. The only reason this review gotn3 stars was due to the food being bad.

The worst service and food I have ever had! Went for my birthday, had my family with me. The waitress was new and I can overlook that. My son’s hamburger bun had mold on it, it was raw, i never got my biscuits, there was no silverware so we had to wait until our food was cold! I never complain to a manager but did this time. She was so rude! Worst customer service I have ever seen! Never apologize and made excuses for everything! I will never step foot in that restaurant again!
