We made our only visit to this location while passing through Indy on our way back to Ohio. It seemed like a safe area stop in a city unfamiliar to us. The ladies restroom was very clean, as well as the store in general. The drink/condiment station was fully stocked the entire visit too. It was busy during their dinner rush on a Thursday evening, but there was just a short line when we arrived and our order was still taken immediately. The wait for the meals was ~5-10 mins and they delivered everything to us at the table. Our order had a couple customized items and all were accurate. Food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Very pleasant experience overall. We would definitely revisit if ever in that area again.

There were flys in the establishment. Also my little sister’s food was cold and not cooked fully. As well my mother’s food was not prepared properly. Overall I very mid first experience.

At 2 in the afternoon this place is quite, and very comfortable. The food and service is always great, but they are so packed in the evenings it's hard to conversate.

Ordered curd-side pickup this evening and had a wonderful experience! Food was very fresh and ready fast. Simply had to check in on the app and it was brought out to our car.
Did pay extra for mushrooms on a burger and noticed that they were not there. Another one of our burgers was a bit light toppings wise… Completed the online survey and was very surprised to hear from the locations manager within an hour! He offered to deliver another burger to our address as an apology. Absolutely wonderful customer service!!
Culver’s is always one of our family’s favorites, we will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend to others! 💙

My boyfriend and I are moving across county and Indian was our first resting location. We were starving and love to try new places. He had gotten the Culver’s deluxe and said it was the best burger he’s ever had, and he’s eaten a lot of burger. I had gotten the sourdough melt and it was also the best melt I’ve ever had. Unfortunately this will most likely be our only time dinning at this location but I would highly recommend to travelers passing through or to anyone who’s never tried culver before. The workers were also very nice and friendly to him when he went in to pickup our order. Thank you for a great first experience Culver’s!
