We frequent this dairy queen often and it is always busy. But they are always friendly and the blizzards taste great! I have to say I was severely disappointed in them tonight though. We were walking and thought to stop by to get some ice cream. We confirmed with the DQ website that they closed at 10. There isnt anything differentiating between drive thru and dine in hours so we assumed the closing time appllied to all aspects of the business. We get there at 9:30 and they've got all the doors locked. They are still handling drive thru orders and there's plenty of workers inside so I'm not quite understanding why they closed early. They may need to edit their website if they're going to do this often. Other than tonight, we've never really had a bad experience. We always enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the tasty blizzards.

They messed my order up twice after clearly saying what I would like, and also reading it back to me. They were extremely rude. They were complaining about other customers infront of customers. Extremely unprofessional I stood in line for 25 minutes before they even took my order with 2 people infront of me the whole time I was in there I didn’t see a single person wash there hands even when they had things spilled on there hands. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in greenfield Dairy Queen. I believe that there needs to be big changes here.
