Told it be a 15 min wait. I said fine 20 min later they bring me the wrong order and meatball sandwich I ordered two steak and cheese and the didnt remake sandwich but took to other car and gave it out and then after another ten min wait got my sandwichs with meat on one but a few pics on other whole sandwich basically bread not a happy night

Founded by firemen, ran by children. No line in the drive thru and have to wait over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Watched the 3 kids in the front stand around and laugh for most of that time.

I used a deal for bogo october 11th 2025. Got one med hook & ladder, an med Italian that came with a small dr pepper, and ordered a garlic bread. I felt some thing was up when I got my pickup order was ready but I had to ask for my drink.

I got home to find that we got two Italian sandwiches instead with no garlic bread. Called the store and they only wrote down the garlic bread was missing. Got my first name and ended the call.

I went In today 10/13/25 to get my sandwich fixed. The manager put my order in. I get outside and no garlic bread still. Manger told me the person that made my sandwich was confused and made it garlic bread fir the sandwich. I checked it and it is just normal white bread and soggy as he'll.

Seems this store has went down hill since I ordered last year. Not sure if the employees don't care or are not trained well. Next time I will go to Penn Station, Subway, or Jerseys Mikes.

I stop by when I have a doctor's appointment in Greenfield. Love the food, wish there was a anderson indiana location. Best Subs around.

After 8pm the service is very lack luster. I order from this restaurant expecting a deli pickle and not once has the staff after 8 provided the proper firehouse experience. I guess I have to come during lunch to get the experience i expect from this business instead of an HOUR before close.

The employees of firehouse sub have never been trained how to use their points or how to earn points. Then when they do it wrong, they don’t know how to put them on after the fact the worst point system ever seen and because I complained you should’ve seen the sub I got it had one slice of meat on it. We sub Jason the manager, who doesn’t know how to do anything in that store either is absolutely atrocious. Everybody in that store should be fired because they did not get trained properly in anyway, and the food was absolutely horrible and it took over 30 minutes to try to get this accomplished then I called corporate and they don’t return your calls so do not go to this firehouse sub ever
