Firehouse Subs Harlan Shoppes

After 8pm the service is very lack luster. I order from this restaurant expecting a deli pickle and not once has the staff after 8 provided the proper firehouse experience. I guess I have to come during lunch to get the experience i expect from this business instead of an HOUR before close.

The employees of firehouse sub have never been trained how to use their points or how to earn points. Then when they do it wrong, they don’t know how to put them on after the fact the worst point system ever seen and because I complained you should’ve seen the sub I got it had one slice of meat on it. We sub Jason the manager, who doesn’t know how to do anything in that store either is absolutely atrocious. Everybody in that store should be fired because they did not get trained properly in anyway, and the food was absolutely horrible and it took over 30 minutes to try to get this accomplished then I called corporate and they don’t return your calls so do not go to this firehouse sub ever

My first time eating at Firehouse. It was really good. The hot sauce bar was great. The bathroom was a little dirty, but everything else was great.

This was one of those visits where I wished I'd looked at the reviews first. My sandwich was fine, it looked not so great and was a little wet, but overall it was fine. The service was also fine. The restaurant itself was an absolute mess. It was the middle of the day and there was food on the floors and none of the tables were clean.

All-in-all the visit was fine I guess, but every other Firehouse Subs I have stopped at is excellent so I left disappointed.

So hand full of issues here 1 I’m a vegetarian and my girl is vegan so naturally we ordered 2 veggie subs mine was okay I guess it was soaking wet literally dripping idk I just assumed that if they aren’t going to ask that they would go ahead and toast it but apparently not and my girls had chunks of chicken in it…. Take these things into consideration especially when you got people paying 29$ for 2 sandwiches when someone goes to a sandwich shop and doesn’t get meat they probably don’t eat it so how hard is it to change your gloves but I think it was more than that there was large chunks and not just one or two and the lady at the register was kinda weird 100% chance I’ll never come back here
