So hand full of issues here 1 I’m a vegetarian and my girl is vegan so naturally we ordered 2 veggie subs mine was okay I guess it was soaking wet literally dripping idk I just assumed that if they aren’t going to ask that they would go ahead and toast it but apparently not and my girls had chunks of chicken in it…. Take these things into consideration especially when you got people paying 29$ for 2 sandwiches when someone goes to a sandwich shop and doesn’t get meat they probably don’t eat it so how hard is it to change your gloves but I think it was more than that there was large chunks and not just one or two and the lady at the register was kinda weird 100% chance I’ll never come back here
Food was good but very sloppy.

Nobody answered in the drive through. 5:40pm, July 28th. Had to go inside and get my food because nobody answered at the drive through. I got kids in the car it would have been easier to go through drive thru
Place was a dirty mess.

If you order what is standard, you're OK. However, if you make any changes to a sandwich...good luck getting it done right as mine haven't been for the last several orders. Also, their app never works right, even after updates. The food's not bad, it's just not done right.

Better bring your camping gear for this one! I’ve eaten at a couple and they are usually amazing, but we went to this one first and after rounding up, my meal was $15, which is typical to anywhere. We got our drinks and a bag of chips and set down to wait for our sandwiches, and I noticed there were several patrons standing and a lady and her child at the next table over. I asked how long she had been waiting (since there were at least three others ahead of me), and she said at least forty minutes!! We waited about twenty minutes, and she went to the counter demanding a refund, as she had been there nearly an hour. We finally gave up and asked for a refund as well, then several others followed suit. I was refunded $10.58…Not to bad I guess, considering a glass of tea and a bag of chips were $4. I wasted my lunch hour. I really doubt I will return to this particular Firehouse again. Like I said previously, they are usually excellent, but avoid the one in Greenfield unless you have all day.

Terrible experience.. waited over 45 minutes, was given the wrong food.. I asked for a refund and they ignored me.. waited 10 more minutes and still no one acknowledged me waiting.. went back for a refund and the manager was beyond rude and still charged me for the chips and drink..do not recommend!

Waited over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches in drive thru. Finally got my food after asking for my money back... Once I got home I did not receive the sandwiches I had ordered. Call and spoke to the manage . she has no help other than to take my name for a sandwich the next time I came in. Will not be going back

My wife and I were half way through eating our sandwiches when 1 of the 4 teens working told us we need to take our sandwiches and leave because it was, and I quote, one minute till 9pm and the lobby closes. He said we could eat out side...We told them it was for dine-in and they never mentioned we'd need to take our sandwiches and leave at the stroke of 9pm. I've had probably over 100k points at firehouse but I'm not sure I'll have anymore. I can't imagine placing my restaurant, livelyhood, and reputation in the hands of employees only concerned in leaving for the night. It was apparent they could have cared less about a customer experience. Chick-fil-A's going in down the street, take some notes from them on how to treat those that keep you in business. I'll be surprised if you're still in business a year from now.
