Greek's Pizzeria Greenfield

After an unexpected funeral in the immediate family yesterday, we decided to make an order to be picked up today. Now, we used to go to the Franklin location a lot and never had an issue. We had never been to Greenfield's location. No one greeted my husband and kid when they arrived, so they went to the bar to ask where they should go to pick up the order. According to my husband and kid the response from the guy behind the bar was, "People usually go over there where there's the big sign with the arrow." You know, it's not hard to be nice. You never know what the people you're talking to have been through in the last 24 hours. That kind of snarky response to people has permanently turned us off. We'll take our business elsewhere.
The food is good, but salty, and the pizza used to be my husband and kid's favorite and a bonding tradition, but we like to spend our money with kind people. Didn't find that here.

It's a great brewery with amazing food. The open doors and large number of tables can make for a very loud dining experience. Highly recommend the spinach salad!

Dropped in for the first time to get a pizza to take out. I stood at the front desk for quite a long time then saw a sign saying press button, still waited around finnaly soneone showed up to take my order and said to wait 10 minutes. so I went to the back where the Bear Brewery was and it was night and day better. the bartender named Kevin was so gracious and beer was fantasti, hats off to Kevin!

Best pizza in Greenfield! The salads and bread sticks are delicious as well! The guys who run Greek’s Pizzeria are dedicated to making great food and they’re very welcoming. If you’re planning on visiting the Wooden Bear and ordering pizza, expect to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beverages while you wait for your food. Don’t expect to run in and run out unless you order ahead. It’s a great place to meet up and hang out!

Always hot and fresh pizza and bread sticks, I don't think I have any complaints about this place. Tastes homemade as in pizza and the bread sticks can't get enough of it.

Went out with friends. The ordering process is terrible and not user friendly. NO PAPER MENUS. After the long, difficult process some of us were able to order. Some of us weren’t able to order due to their ordering system shutting down 15 minutes before they closed. The manager told us there was nothing he could do and that we couldn’t order food since the ordering system was down. It was not posted anywhere that this was the policy. Do not go here. Many of us left hungry and unhappy. We will not be back.

Went in with some friends because we don't get together very often. The ordering was through the website which you accsess through your phone which was a nightmare to navigate. And by the time most of us figured out how to place our order, a couple of us couldn't order because their system stopped taking orders 15 before close. (Which is nowhere to be found at the restaurant, or online) So some of us got food, some didn't. Went to talk to someone to see if they could do something and the manager just said, "we just work here. But for future refrence, the sytem shuts down at 9:45." My friends who couldn't get food had to leave while the rest of sat and ate some pretty mediocre pizza because we couldn't get a refund. Thank you Greek's pizza for putting a very sour note on an otherwise very joyess occasion. And for future refrence, we will not be back.

Hands down, the best pizza in Greenfield. Located inside Wooden Bear Brewery, they have a limited menu, but it's all great.They don't always offer delivery, which is a downer, and because it's one block off SR40, it can be tough to find parking.
