I used the drive through and there was no waiting. The workers were very efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond when I forgot to add something to my order. Unfortunately, the hardee's app was not working, so I did not get my bonus points. It would be more efficient if the workers would be able to help us on the local level when these situations occur.

Where to even start with this restaurant?! First of all... There's usually one person to run the front register and drive thru so you'll be waiting! Secondly, I bought a cheeseburger kids meal for my granddaughter and she couldn't eat it due to it being black and hard! Fries looked and tasted like they'd been sitting in the warmer for at least a hour! Daytime female manager... Needs some more training on all areas of customer service. Especially hospitality!!

Updated review 9/5/2025. Whoever is working the drive-through right now is absolutely rude, and his PR skills lack terribly. He spoke very low, like I was doing him a disservice by pulling up to the drive-through menu. I asked him very nicely if he could repeat himself. The guy yelled and still didn't answer my question. I pulled off. Do better.
