I got a sugar free caramel hot latte and it was very good. I went this evening around 4pm. I was the only one in the store. The worker at the store was supper friendly and gave me her recommendation on coffee drinks. I loved her attitude and personality. She was very good at upselling drinks and donuts. There is another coffee shop is a few stores down but, Jacks staff at this location makes the store a must go too. Donuts are fresh as well 👌🍩

Absolutely horrible service. Someone ordered 12 dozen donut holes and the cashier just gave them every last one and never even counted them. Filled two boxes. That’s great. Let’s give every last donut hole without counting them. Nope, don’t think that maybe the people behind them want some too for their kids? This place sucks.
Tucked away in a shopping center, the donuts were fantastic!

My review is about the new price. Stopped in Greenfield location today and the cost has gone up to $2.00?for regular or $3.00 for specialties. Was going to buy 2 dozen but refuse to pay $22.00 a dozen ($44.00 for 2). Sorry but not sorry, I just bought my last donut and I only bought 2. Pricing yourself out of business there with those prices!
Great place overall. I had an extra 25 minutes of downtime so I stopped on by. You cant miss the amazing presentation of doughnuts seen from outside the store. They looked even better up close!! I decided to sit and dine and there was a nice movie playing for my leisure. Loved it. Will definitely come back again!

When my bag w/ only 3 donuts inside was heavy, it immediately set off red flags. The donuts were heavy - not fluffy & light, but dry, the frosting & filling tasted very cheap & artificial. I threw what's pictured out (halves). Definitely wouldn't recommend or return.
