I just had the best sandwich in years! I had a giant #13(Original Italian) added bacon, jalapeños and banana peppers made Mikes way. It was made prefect and exceeded all expectations! Nice job Jersey Mikes!!!!

I walk in to order at 8:30 which i know is late and frustrating. A young girl as nice as can be takes my order while the manager legit throws the broom on the floor upset that she has to make my food. I also didn't get to choose what bread I got. The young girls working were great but the female manager needs to learn how work on customer service as someone who is a manager in food aswell.
Love Jersey Mike’s but the manager here tonight was so rude. Zero people skills! Not only to me but to the couple behind me, making comments about it being an hour before close so she’s not asking them what bread type they want cause it would only be "shooting herself in the foot". This is the only location that has not allowed me to sub one meat for another (ham for pepperoni) on the Italian without being charged a hefty $2.39 fee. I’ll be bypassing this location from now on and take my business to other surrounding Jersey Mike’s.
**Did want to mention that the two other team members, young guy on the grill and girl checking me out, were very nice and helpful**
