I came through the first time and ordered on the app. It was a super complicated order for my pregnant girly.
Honestly, they messed up the first time, but I called and I immediately spoke with the manager and she apologized profusely and said that she would make sure that it’s fixed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I came back the next night.
Did it again and ordered a super Complicated order and they got everything correct and did it super fast plus the staff was nice 👍🏼

The worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. The service was incredibly slow and I ordered ahead thinking they’d have my order ready by the time we got there. They didn’t. The bread was so hard and burnt on the bottom and when I asked for new bread they woman acted like I asked her to make all new sandwiches. She had a disgusting attitude.

Great service and really good subs. Keep in mind this chain has a harder exterior in the bread which is great for subs that can cause the bread to become soggy. You don’t have that issue here. I really enjoy Jimmy John’s.

I called into express concerns I had with my food and the manager William wants to tell me let me put you on hold for 5 minutes when I'm a valid customer and I have a valid complaint and then wants to basically redirect when I tell him I would like to speak to his manager or corporate very disrespectful and no consideration at all. Will not return here at all by any means. Can't make a sandwich correct at all.

A nice place to enjoy a quick meal. Try eating in-restaurant sometime; it's rarely busy inside. There's also outdoor seating for warm, sunny days.

Don't go to jmmy johns here they are rude to seniors. They charged me extra when I questioned why it was 12 instead of 9 he got another guy and left the other guy said justice him I didn't get me debit card . Backedup to get it they are working I honked and knocked both guys just ignored me. A girl came from I don't know where and gave my card. Chloe the manager said well they were just busy. Too busy to hand me my ard right there by them? And there was 1 truck 1. In my book you do not treat people that way!!! Oh and Chloe told me she is manager and DIstrict manager. Maybe Jimmy John's needs to review that when I was pulling up a car left. And the reviews talk about waiting and she certainly didn't hear me bangingand honking for my card.
