Greenfield location Needs to be shut down and the customer service is HORRIBLE….Been living in Greenfield for over 3years and have tried them 3 times. They never have the items they sell on the menu. Bought a 7 piece bucket and 3 sides and chicken was all old thighs and very small wings. Supposed to be 2 of each and 1 breast. Try calling, very unprofessional. $27 waisted.. RUN!!!

I dined inside at KFC in Greenfield today and it was an absolutely awesome experience. The dining room was SO clean. My food came out fast and everything was hot and good. The guy who took care of me went above and beyond. I will definitely be back to this location.

Nope they always try to serve you either burnt chicken old chicken or the chicken at the bottom of the barrel out the chicken that’s been under the warmer the longest I hate it I recommend no one goes here

I literally god food poisoning so bad from this place and it started right after I ate from here. I will not be eating here ever again, I’m so sick it’s not even funny!!
I Love KFC, but when I place a mobile order, and go inside to pick it up, I expect FRESH food. The gravy was hot and that was about it. The chicken strips wasn't fresh ( they were room temp. ) The only thing that was hot was the gravy. Well, here is the best part. One wasn't wearing any gloves and handling food and one had one glove on and of course on the wrong hand. We brought it to her attention and well...she was mad about it. She had an agree look the rest of the time we ate in. I expect to have my food replaced and them written up or fired. The weekends are the worst there.

I paid for an extra large side with my family meal which is over $5 and got home just to discover they didn't give it to me. Tried calling the location multiple times to get a refund on the item I didn't receive and they never answered the phone.
