I dined inside at KFC in Greenfield today and it was an absolutely awesome experience. The dining room was SO clean. My food came out fast and everything was hot and good. The guy who took care of me went above and beyond. I will definitely be back to this location.

The worst KFC I have ever ordered from. I don't know who cares about the food prepared and serviced here.

I paid for an extra large side with my family meal which is over $5 and got home just to discover they didn't give it to me. Tried calling the location multiple times to get a refund on the item I didn't receive and they never answered the phone.

I literally never get my entire order. There is always something missing. I always check the order before I leave because of this. Unfortunately can't do that with delivery or if my husband picks it up. So, of course, missing items in today's order.

Went there last night at almost 9 PM. A young lady and a young man was outback smoking as we pulled up to the drive-through. She came on the drive-through speaker ans she was outside smoking and said we don’t have this. We don’t have that it’s gonna be like a 20 minute wait for this so we just left smh no wonder the place is always dead !!!!

Ridiculous! They messed up most of the orders in the line already after all of us waiting 15 minutes in line but before we found out they messed up our order, we had already paid for a $42.60 meal that wasn’t ours. We gave all the food and drinks back. They then proceeded to tell us that their refund button isn’t working and they couldn’t give us cash either. I have never heard of them not being able to give cash. They told us to call corporate. This is so unheard of and ridiculous that I have to sit on the phone with corporate for 30 minutes for them to then tell us that it’s gonna take up to a month just for someone else to reach out to us to help us with our refund! They got $42.60 and we left with no food or drinks or refund!!!!

Chaotic mess. Multiple employees, but they all seem to be working against each other, yelling and running around. No one comes to even acknowledge you when you walk in. I’ve currently been in here 10 mins- not a hello, hold on, it’ll be a moment, etc.

tenders order Buy one get one free. I had better service from the Dasher.
I only got 1 order instead of the two and spent 45mins to an hour trying to call the store to fix the mistake. Not only did I not get an answer but this happened between about 3:25 to 4:30pm. NOT HAPPY!

Went through the drive through was told it would take an extra 2 minutes for extra crispy chicken so we waited, and waited, and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food while all the employees stood around talking. We went inside to ask them how much longer after sitting in car for about 20 minutes, stood at the counter for a while until someone in the back said ā€œgo help her so she stops staring at usā€. They then said it would be an additional 7 minutes. Well long story short it was an additional 10 minutes after that and also heard someone talking crap in the back saying ā€œthey wanted extra chickenā€Horrible customer service…. If they would have said it would have taken 30 extra minutes we wouldn’t have wanted to wait for crispy chicken especially with a screaming toddler in the back seat.
