We have offically decided to stop ordering from mcalisters and going in. Not only do we constantly have items missing everytime we order (from a cup of soup to a whole drink and sandwich.) we also didn’t find our in person experience great either because of the atmosphere. The short red headed old manager Aimee was yelling and raising her voice to the point we could hear her from the back of the restaurant. She was very rude and nasty when i tried to order a BLT that had been discontinued. We were so excited to finally have a Mcalisters near us when it first went up!! But everything has just fell off since the start.

Regina, their catering manager, has provided excellent service - going above & beyond again and again! This location is very clean and well ran. McAlister Cookies are the best- I love gifting their mini cookie platter for open houses! Thank you again, Regina!

If things are missing from your order, they literally don't care. Was told I'd receive a call from the manager, twice for the same order! And still no contact from anyone!

The food is good. Although the portions do not line up with the cost. Today I ordered a club which should come with a choice of a side. This also includes soups and chili according to the menu board. But upon checking out, I was up-charged $3.49 for the small bowl of chili. There is nothing on the menu board that indicates an up-charge for a bowl of chili. For $16, I still left hungry. The building is always clean and appears to be well maintained. However, this is another "fast food" establishment that is starting to "encourage" dare I say almost "force" customers to leave a tip for the "team" during checkout. Prior to being able to complete checkout, you have to choose a tip amount. There is no quick way to select no tip as this requires you to select "other" and enter $0. I always tip 25% at restaurants where I receive proper table service. I do not believe in these forced or pity tips at a "fast food" restaurant that refuses to properly pay their employees and force the cost onto the consumer. Voting with my wallet and avoiding Mcallister's from here on out.

What has happened to this place?... Mcalisters use to be a favorite of ours. Now the food we recieve is just pitiful. It is sad when even salads look like the lettuce has been sitting for days to get wilted and brown before being served

Ordered a gallon of witch’s brew go to pick it up and they tried giving me apple juice. I understand it’s a new item and the price is wrong however that’s on your end. Received a refund and just ordered two lemonades didn’t get a discount or anything for the inconvenience and took over 15 mins for them to figure out the issue. Manger was unprofessional and didn’t care about the customer at all. Said she would give me a refund and never came back. I can’t name one place who doesn’t honor what the customer orders even if it’s a mess up on there end.
