I ordered my traditional hamburger on my mobile app, went to pick it up at the drive-thru, and got home ready to eat. Oh, what a surprise! The hamburger was overcooked and burnt.

This McDonald's is trash when it comes to customer service. The managers are rude to their customers and their staff. Olivia is the most unprofessional and does not communicate well. I personally feel like she needs to be replaced

Definitely a subpar experience. Staff was pretty lackluster at best. Food was cold in the bag and we didn't have any of the sauce we requested with the meals (hot buffalo and sweet and sour)

Employees are rude, especially the managers. Ran into a problem with my order that the employee couldn't help with. Asked to speak to the manager twice. Both times the manager sent the employee back w/o a resolution & refused to come speak with me.

Drive thru attendant stopped responding in the middle of taking our order, we waited for 2 minutes before leaving the speaker box to go back around to the other side to order. Once there, the one we were at took the next customers order with no problem, leaving me to believe that attendant decided to not serve us anymore. When we restarted our order, this new attendant didn't understand how receive an order for a large coffee with creamer only. They kept going through the list of possible ways of making coffee. How do you not understand a large coffee with only creamer and no sweetener? It doesn't end there. I asked for sweet and sour sauce, they didn't include that nor napkins. We also had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to bring to us the coffee, sweat and sour sauce and napkins. Im glad I dont live in this area where they don't care.

Never have hot food or the right order…
This has to be the worst Mcdonald's on the planet. Slow service. My order is wrong 75% of the time. Every time I try to order in the app they get something wrong or it takes too long and I have to cancel my order. Don't bother trying to go to this location.

First time using the app and doing curbside pickup. Wasn't impressed had to go back in and get the rest of my order and they didn't give us BBQ sauce with the chicken nuggets.

How hard is it to salt fries?

They never get my order correct so I always check my food. Management and staff were always unapologetic and rude when I pointed out that my order was incorrect. Seems like the fries are always cold or been setting for a long time and hard. Bathroom was nasty and again when I said something to management she just looked at me and walked away. They always seem short staffed .

Fast friendly and the shift manager was amazing!!! Large order (we are a family of 8) on a Wednesday and they had it all ready drinks and all fresh and warm and tasted amazing!

I give this a zero Stars if I could oh yes for a Big Mac meal I asked for that Big Mac plain they do not give me a plane now I have my itty bitty cousin over here big back crying and I have to deal with it zero Stars if I could not good
