My family and I went to this McDonald since 2020, this one is always be our favorite. Missing some order definitely can be understanding, It is unimaginable that there are so many orders every day, sometimes mistakes can happen! It must have been overwhelming for all the employees, Especially when dealing with an angry customer. (You will understand if you try to put yourself in their shoes) The foods was fine, I enjoyed with a lot of variety menus and rewards. The cleanest is okay, curbside delivery was amazing, I really appreciated that they delivery your orders with smile, and don't have to wait so long. I do have a bad experience in the past, food cold, fries dry, attitude in the drive thru, but its a water under the bridge, I still come back to this place, and they're improved!!!

I just wanted to get breakfast for my wife and I. They were out of steak, so I needed to go and wait in one of their spots. I waited for 10-15 minutes just wondering if they were gonna come out. When they finally brought me the food, I had to rush on home before work. They had both orders wrong and instead of two steak egg and cheese mcgriddles, I got a steak egg cheese mcmuffin and a sausage egg mcmuffin. I am confused- when did McDonald’s become slow service and incorrect orders?

Was just there 7-27-25 @615am. Pulled into drive thru @615am (after ordering in the app). Sat in line for 13 minutes!! 13 minutes!! I was already late for work as it was (my own fault), I drove away without my food...ridiculous! I can always get faster service at burger king but their coffee isn't as good.

Every table was dirty. The floor was filthy. I hate to see what the back looks like where they make the food. There was chaos and bad communication between employees which while I waited for my order, people were coming in from the drive thru stating their order was either wrong or missing. Speaking of waiting… I waited over 20 minutes for food

Just went through the drive thru and was asked to pull around. No big deal. Waited a bit and my nuggets were soft, and the mcdouble was cold and super hard. Very disappointing quality in their food. This location needs major improvement. Today ia the last time I eat at McDonald's in Greenfield.
In the three years that I’ve lived in this town this McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Everyone who works there is upset. They barely finish cooking the food. It takes forever. And I’ve seriously never had my order correct in three years. This place is complete garbage.

They were in the middle of Rush. The manager Liv, ran right to the front and took all the orders. Friendly, courteous, and got everything out quickly. Runs a tight ship. Give this woman a raise!!

Horrible service and food, the McDonald's in Greenfield, IN is the worst I have ever been to. I live in Greenfield and I will never go there again and I caution anyone else going there. I asked if anyone would take my order and they told me to use the self ordering computer screen, I tried to use it and it locked up so instead of them taking my order then they decided to come out and mess with the computer and they were like oh it is locked up so I wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to order a Happy meal this McDonald's is a joke and should be shut down if you go there at night you can see them getting high and drinking out the back door when they're supposed to be closing up. So beware if you go there. .

It's McDonald's, highly overpriced unhealthy greasy food, except this one doesn't even do it fast, hit that drive-thru and I guarantee they'll make you pull over for 20 to 30 minutes, every time
