OK, so this was the coolest and cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my lifetime & even with a conference room. I show a picture below. I thought what an innovative idea to have a conference room! Great idea, McDonald’s! They also had a very clean restroom, restaurant, & parking lot, everything!! Love Greenfield, IN, location.

Employees kind of consistently suck, no manners any time I've stopped here. On the bright side, I do keep coming here because the food is above average for a McDonald's. The food would probably taste a little better if my visit wasn't soured by the staff's bad attitude.

This is the only McDonald's that I've been to that doesn't accept coupons from the app. Staff is rude and dismissive when confronted on this fact, but I've grown to expect this attitude from this location.
Updating 14 mo. later: Twice in a row I have ordered the $5 meal deal and both times my nuggets were missing. Waste of money, lowering to 1 star and not returning.
Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Food was prepared quickly and accurately. The team cares about their team, their visitors, and their establishment. Wish this team worked near me.

I ordered on the app, pulling into the drive-through with no one there. With that in mind, there should be NO reason my food is cold, hardly warm! My fries tasted old like they'd been sitting in old grease and under a lamp. They were soggy with little to no salt on them. My chicken nuggets were the same. They tasted disgusting and old. My drink had little ice like it'd been sitting there. They had me pull up and sit there, then when I received my bag, the word "Poor" is handwritten in purple marker on the mobile receipt stuck to the bag. And don't worry, I have a picture and already got my money back and sent in a horrible survey. Will never be back to this location!

I discovered this McDonald's back in 2021 when I moved to Cumberland overall back then it was the best McDonald's. You never had to wait on your food, and it was always fresh customer service was expectational. Moved away in 2023 and recently just moved back to this area a couple of months ago. I was thrilled because my kids loved this McDonald's since I have moved back it has been horrible, the food, the wait and the customer service is horrible. They only have one person that can translate what you are saying the manager is the rudest person I've encountered at that McDonald's she almost made me get out of character which is very hard to do. When I tell you I rather travel an extra 7 to 15 minutes to get it from Post Road, East Washington or Pendleton Pike. Whoever owns this McDonald's needs to make major changes especially with the managers, you should not have anybody that can't speak both languages in that position, because you can't be a manager and not be able to solve problems, they have no professionalism as managers, she couldn't even tell anyone how to request a refund off of the mobile app without asking the young man in the back. I feel they should make the young man that runs the cash register and taking orders the manager. He was professional he knows the policies and nonconfrontational, he fixed the issue that everyone was having in the store in the 30 minutes of me being there. OWNER MAKE CHANGES SOON YOU HAD A GREAT STORE IN 2021 BRING THE PEOPLE BACK THAT RAN IT BACK THEN YOU'RE LOSING CUSTOMERS.

Customer service was terrible!
Employees were rude, didn't acknowledge I was there. They didn't speak one word to me as I ordered and paid for my food. I did say have a nice day to which I was given an eyeroll... Extremely unacceptable for Customer service to be so blahhhh...
Hated trying to figure out how to place an order using the interactive machine inside. I have 30 years computer experience and had trouble placing an order. Let me speak to a person! Food unhealthy too
