Firstly, before I say anything, I checked and made sure Mcdonald’s was open, which they were. It said they’re open until 11. I placed a mobile order at around 9:30 and was at the curbside for about 30 minutes. I went to the window and the entire place was empty. No workers, nobody. They still had everything on. Lights, the order menu, the big screen’s you can place an order on. Then when I went to cancel my order it said that I received my order and now it won’t let me get a refund.

By far the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. I drive for a living and have been to many McDonald's. This one was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the staff was amazing. They even have fresh flowers in vases on every table. Loved it!! 10 outta 10 across the board.

I have had trouble with my app ever since the Monopoly game. Every time I make an order the app gives me a drive thru code, but when I pull up to the drive thru the app changes to a counter pickup with a different code. This has happened several times and I've been told it's trouble with the app. It did it again today and the employee and the manager told me that I did it wrong and the app wouldn't do that. I complained and they were just talking about how I didn't know what I was doing and just laughed at me. That really misses me off. Totally rude!!

This is the best McDonald's I've visited in years! It was immaculate with flowers on the tables, quick service, and good, hot food. We are traveling through and just stopped..... Great crew! You don't see much pride in these places anymore. Well done!

It's been 2x that I've been to this location and ordered specifically from the monopoly menu and only got 1 game piece. According to the app this particular time I was supposed to get 2 game pieces. I brought it to the managers attention and even showed her on my phone in the app and she told me that I have to call corporate to resolve the issue. I was there the night before and was short 2 piece's and the manager did honor it after I told him what the app showed and he gave me the 2 other game tickets with no issues. I'm a frequent app user specifically to get the perks. If anyone that should of called corporate it should of been her. All she had to do was say ok since this is what the app is saying and give me the ticket and let corporate know herself.
