Wow, we just visited a few nights ago for the first time since the new owners took over. I don’t think I’ve ever seen new owners take over a THRIVING local business and run it into the ground as quickly as they have!! I had said after they took over and changed all of the ingredients to cheap quality crap and fired the long time, 20+ year employees that I would never support this location ever again; I really should’ve stuck true to that!!!!!

We showed up and while my husband went to restroom we weren’t greeted. I then took my kids to the restroom and no one had still greeted us. During that time we could see the kitchen staff but no one acknowledged us. Another family walked in and asked if we had been helped and about that time the hostess came out. She seated us and as we went to get the buffet they were still standing there. Most of the pizza on the buffet you could tell had been there a while and it wasn’t very warm. They were slow putting out pizzas. In our 30-40 min there they only put out 2 new pizzas and no more dessert pizza. I get it’s a balancing act with closing time but there were still people there and eating off the buffet. Our waitress did a good job of taking care of us. You can also tell that ingredients have changed and the quality isn’t what it was when the Lee family ran it. I was really looking forward to Mozzi’s pizza as we don’t get to greenfield too often and was greatly disappointed. I’m not sure my family and I will be back.

Says outside there's a pizza buffet. No hours posted. So my wife goes in, talked to a worker and she said yes it's open. We go in and stand at the counter for almost 5 minutes before anyone even came up to the register. My wife told them we would like 3 buffets. Then they guy told her that the buffet was about over but if there was anything on the buffet we might like we could eat. Needless to say we left. And you can count on us never going back. It said out front open under new mgt. It seems more like open under NO mgt.

Definitely won’t be coming back. We used to love Mozzi’s but it’s definitely gone down hill recently. We walked in about 5 after 6pm on a Friday evening. There wasn’t anyone waiting for the buffet so we stand there and no one greets us. After 10 minutes of waiting we approach the counter and let them know we have 3 people for dine in. She writes down that there is 3 people and moves on. Another group walks in with about 6 people and lets them know and the 2 girls at the counter tell them to come back in 10 minutes to check if they have tables. They wouldn’t even take their name. They walk outside to talk to their party and 2 more groups of people walk in around 6:20ish for dine in (a group of 7 or so, and another group of 7 or so). After about 3 minutes the 2 girls at the front talk about pushing tables together for the big groups and seats one group meanwhile we have been sitting there for 15 minutes waiting to be seated as a group of 3. I finally say something about how we were here first and someone from the group being seated said we should be next. The girl comes back to seat the 2nd big party that came in behind us and I stand up and say no, we are next (it’s about 6:30 at this point) and she says fine come with me and as we are sitting makes a comment and I tell her she should take names and go by first come first serve not just who is standing in front of her. She tells me that she’s doing what she was trained to do. If that’s the case, training needs to come a long way.
They are extremely understaffed for a Friday night as the server was helping too many tables and took forever to get our drinks and the foot I ordered (which was sub par). The buffalo wings and cookies were way better than the pizza. The salad bar wasn’t stocked at all for the time we were there and the pizza buffet could use more frequent stocking. Can’t say I’ve seen an improvement since all the changes. The manager came around and asked how the food was and I didn’t realize it was the manager because he looked (and dressed) like a cook and couldn’t find him again to chat.
Overall, we won’t be back sadly.

Our large family went here for the first time.Then had an absolutely wonderful experience. We all had the buffet and we're quite happy with this election. Our server was amazing and the manager came and checked on the buffet, frequently and made sure customers had what they wanted. He was very friendly and it's greeted tables even though they looked very busy. You could tell all the employees were acting as a unit. The most fascinating part was all the memorabilia. It was like having lunch in a museum, but a cool one. It had a very relaxing upbeat atmosphere. Their pizza is really good. I would definitely recommend going there as a group of friends or just a family get together.
