Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Have eaten at this Olive Garden & was very pleased with the service. We called ahead because we had a large party of 10. Today, I called ahead for the same reason & the gal that answered said go to the website. I went to the website and it said no to parties over 6 would be added to the list. I called back, got the same gal & told her what the website said. She said, that's right you cannot be added to the lust if you have over 6 people. She said she could not add us to the list & we should just come in earlier & wait for a table to be set up if possible. Lousy customer service & a very rude person to answer the phone. What's disheartening is we have planned to meet at this restaurant every month.

I just loved yellow garden. The people were great. Service was good. Great atmosphere. Good little pricey, but all around great place to be had a birthday party there.

Edmundo is the best server there, he’s the most respectful, kind and honorable server we have ever seen. He’s Top Notch… when we go there we specifically ask for his section. The food is always good as well.

Shout out to the General manager in Greenfield. We called looking to try and get 30-40 people in to eat after a celebration of life ceremony. This location unfortunately unable to accommodate us, but she made a call to the east Washington location in Indy. Went above and beyond my expectations to help us find a place to sit, eat and enjoy family. She was very honest and compassionate. We will definitely look to eat at Olive Garden next time we're in Greenfield. Thank you for all of your help!
