We ordered delivery from Papa John's last night, to avoid leaving while kids were coming here for candy. We ended up being 1 of 25,000 who had the same idea. We waited about 2 hours for our pizza. We understood the wait & the delivery guy was completely amazing making it worth every minute. He showed up & heard us all talking, at the neighbors, so he came straight there. Order a pizza... it showed up completely black and burnt � called had another sent an hour later call back to check on it and the girl on the phone was very rude and said “ your the one with the free pizza we are 2 hours behind now... thanks”
Welll alright then.... second Pizza comes and it’s not much better dry and over done. Not good papa, not good at all �
After calling in & talking to Adrian, I was on the phone for 10 minutes & had to keep repeating my order to her. I made a comment to my wife about how long it was taking. This person tells me that she heard my comment & how it was directed towards her. After being told it would be 45-65 minutes I hung up. I called back a few minutes later to cancel my order. We ended up at Pizza Hut.
Much better service!!!!!
