June 22nd. Ordered a large works pizza thru automated customer ordering for delivery. Upon paying we waited 1Hr and 15 minutes. Had to call the Pappa John's directly only to hear our order was canceled. 😞 They said they were overwhelmed with orders on NBA final game night. Woman acted like they could care less. Not even a phone call to let us know the situation. 9:28 pm and night is ruined. Our company is mad. Ordering from Domino's next time.

Papa John's isn't typically my go-to, I normally think of it as being kind of pricey with more crust than toppings.. but my daughter's friends voted it as their slumber party preference tonight. The mobile app let me use multiple coupons and was able to snag a few pizzas for a reasonable price. The order was accurate, ready at the time that I scheduled it for and everyone thought the pizza was delicious! I would definitely order Papa John's again for a pizza party without apprehension 🍕👍

Just got my order delivered. Pizza looks ok, but i ordered garlic breadsticks. Usually swimming in butter. Not anymore. Might as well order original ones. It has been awhile since we last ordered from them. Not happy.

This makes several times I've ordered and something goes wrong called to see after an hour where my for was the delivery driver said I refused payment the man never came to my door hour and a half later do I want my food remade or cancel the order well I'm freaking starving now so yeah had ramen noodles

We'd never ordered from this location before Sunday. The pizza was so hot & tasted great, so we ordered again yesterday. Same quality, happy with our food. I feel sorry for the people who work here though. Business was booming both Sunday & Wednesday evenings; full waiting area and full parking lot. They have the steady business, but the building is tiny and the parking lot is just as small. If the franchisee could find a bigger location and add an additional oven, there would no longer be long wait times and a jam-packed waiting area.

Long wait times past what the app claims, will not be coming back to this nightmare of a store.
We have used this Papa John's location many, many times over the years. Unfortunately, it has gone WAY downhill (as is reflected in all of the other unsatisfied reviews recently).
Latest experience: We ordered 10 pizzas (which is our normal amount) the night before to be delivered by 1pm for a family occasion. At 1:15, after no communication from the store, we called for an update and were told that they were sitting on the shelf waiting for a DoorDash driver to pick them up. If they came out of the oven in time for them to be delivered, our pizzas were already out of the oven for 30 minutes with no known delivery time. The person who answered the phone was dismissive and didn't even apologize for disrupting our plans.
I drove over and picked them up, and the person who handed me the pizzas was just as brusque. I could immediately tell that there was very little warmth coming from the pizzas at all.
It doesn't matter how consistent the product is coming out of the oven, 45 minutes after they come out of the oven, few pizzas will be anything other than chewy and frustrating. Throw in a Giant glob of poor customer service, and I will loudly recommend that you consider making frozen pizzas before depending on this location for any event, gathering, or meal.

Dillion, the manager, cancelled my order after 2+ hours of waiting (and multiple calls about order status - was originally told 45 minutes) and then lied about it. Instead of admitting a mistake like a person of integrity and character, Dillion wants to try and lie his way out. Unfortunately I think papa John’s is too big to fail, but I will not be using this location nor recommending them.
Advice to a young person who is in a leadership role - take responsibility for your mistakes and do what is right to correct it.
Dillion handled himself in an extremely disgraceful manner tonight with his refusal to correct a mistake and his poor customer service.

This is the worst Papa John’s we’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. It has now been over an hour since we ordered cheese sticks and chocolate chip pizza and they haven’t even put it in the over yet. When I called, they said they only had one oven and my only choice was to wait. Avoid this one at all costs.
