Penn Station East Coast Subs

We got a cold Italian wrap, and they didn't put the meat in it. This was a pickup order. We eat at Penn Station when we travel, and I will have to rate this food as the worst. We never have had a bad experience with Penn Station for years, until today. My cheesesteak sandwich was extremely soggy and the chewsebread had cold cheese. Very disappointed..

Its good. But EVERY time I order extra artichokes on my large artichoke sandwich, I never get extra. I literally ordered 2 of them. One with extra, and one with normal. And the sandwiches are identical. But I got charged for extra. I dont understand. I thought Penn Station was a cut above the rest. But yall just out here taking. Thats called taking advantage of a customer. Im done.

I placed an online order for pick up at 11:30 am on Father's Day. I had some difficulty finding it, since I am not from Greenfield. It depends on which way you are going on 40 as to how good the signage is. The staff was very friendly, and was kind enough to cook my fries after I arrived. Kudos to you all at this location! My first experience was fabulous! Thank you!

My sandwich was great, but the fries were nasty. They must have been sitting there a long time.

This is the best penn station I've been to the crew is awesome and friendly me and my husband had the best experience we've had in a long time thanks to the new manager there sara she has really turned this place around thank you for all your hard work

The crew they have now is nothing short of amazing, Sarah has done an excellent job with turning this location especially considering the crew that was there prior to her coming to the store, the food is always hot fresh and delicious, my wife and I will definitely be returning to this location simply because of the amount of customer service and friendliness of this location, but personally I would say that this crew and manager all need a raise considering what this location used to be compared to what Sara had turned it into and the turn around of customer service, you guys rock!!!!!!! Keep up the great work and awesome job,

Came to order a couple of sandwiches at 3:55. The door is lock. This is the second time I've come here and the store was closed.

The guy taking our order was a very rude individual, he shouldn’t be working cashier or have any interaction with customers.

I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone to order and don't want to order online because there is no line for special instructions.

Ben and Kylan are amazing. 100% hands down the best employees and the best experience that I have eber ever had at Penn station! I've never had a bad experience but this one topped them all . They are at the Greenfield Indiana location and you would do yourself an injustice by not coming to check out this specific Penn. They truly set standard with their amazing service, awesome specials, down home inviting feeling, and they are definitely fast fast faster than Jimmy John's! The sandwich was a masterpiece and the best sub I've ever had in my life! Give these guys a raise!!!!5 Stars all day long- and very refreshing compared to normal experiences while eating out!

Seriously one of the slowest sandwich shops I’ve ever been to. Holy crap, people. I have no idea what they’re doing behind the counter to look busy, but it isn’t making freaking sandwiches. 100% will NEVER stop here again. Total joke.

This is a great Penn Station. The food is phenomenal, and the staff is very friendly. Everyone was very nice to us, and it created a great atmosphere. The food is worth the wait!! Although it costs a little more than some places, it's definitely worth what it cost! Would definitely recommend this restaurant!
