I placed an online order for pick up at 11:30 am on Father's Day. I had some difficulty finding it, since I am not from Greenfield. It depends on which way you are going on 40 as to how good the signage is. The staff was very friendly, and was kind enough to cook my fries after I arrived. Kudos to you all at this location! My first experience was fabulous! Thank you!

This is the best penn station I've been to the crew is awesome and friendly me and my husband had the best experience we've had in a long time thanks to the new manager there sara she has really turned this place around thank you for all your hard work

The crew they have now is nothing short of amazing, Sarah has done an excellent job with turning this location especially considering the crew that was there prior to her coming to the store, the food is always hot fresh and delicious, my wife and I will definitely be returning to this location simply because of the amount of customer service and friendliness of this location, but personally I would say that this crew and manager all need a raise considering what this location...
