I ordered my food and was given a time frame to be there. I arrived 5 minutes after that time frame and was told they hadn’t even started on my pizza, they would make it now, and it would be about another 20 minutes. We patiently waited for 30 more minutes and I went to check on it. I was informed my pizza still hadn’t even been made yet. I expressed my frustrations and my experience the “manager” says yeah well you can either wait for it or you can get a refund.
