They behave so badly that no one listens to anyone. They don't tell anyone whose name has come and whose name hasn't. They just stand behind. They just do their work. They don't ask anyone. What do you want, what don't you want. These are such dirty stops where there is so much dirt, I please request you. Change it.

This is our second experience with Pizza Hut and again not pleased… We were told our food would get to us with 45-50 minutes after ordered it. The food didn’t get to us until an hour later after we called about it. Once we got it our food the pizza and bread sticks they were so dry and hard we couldn’t eat but half a slice/piece. The wings we got were the best part of the whole order. When I called to tell someone about it I got hung up on. Definitely not ordering from here again. Wouldn’t even waste your money.

Yes I spent $88 dollars . I customerize my LG pizza . No extra pepperoni or onions . Just got extra cheese . I paid for the extras . Also didn't get my 20oz bottle of Dr.Pepper ..Plus order the Garlic cheese sticks . There were kinda crisp black around edges . Over cooked . No garlic flavor not enough cheese . First time I tried them. We just moved here 2 was ago . I tried wk and half ago . Thought would try them again. I was very disappointed 😥. Got a medium meat lovers . It wasn't the Best meat lovers I ve gotten. Could went to Olive garden and got 3 meals for $50 included with salad and breads sticks. Total was dissatisfied 😒. Yes there app was frustrating 😤. How many times had to start over . Because it would Freeze.

Their delivery charge is $6, their mobile app is trash, I didn't find out until I paid that it would take almost 2 hours on a Thursday to get delivered. The store is like a mile away. When I tried calling the store to cancel the order (because my kids would be going to bed right when the pizza would get here so it's too late) the number didn't work. There was an initial Pizza Hut greeting, then it switched to a number disconnected message. I have no idea how they're still open. Maybe the store is a front for the mafia, because it sure seems like they don't want you to order ever. Update: it finally arrived 30 minutes after the ridiculous quoted time. The driver was polite and the food was warm, but both the bread sticks and pizza were tasteless and hard like they'd been under a heat lamp all day. The pizza smelled off. I noticed on all the other bad reviews, there's a bot reply that's noncommittal and no offer to make it right/refund it, etc.

My son ordered pizza to be delivered to my husband at work. It was supposed to arrive at his work for his 9:00 pm break. However, it is past 9:20 pm and is still in the "oven". Therefore, by the time it arrives, it'll be past break time. This means no lunch. Thanks Pizza Hut for the waste of time and money. And let's not forget the delivery fees and etc. They don't even deserve the 1 star. PIZZA HUT FAILED YOUR CUSTOMER!

Very greasy and $4 "Starry" 2 liters or any brand is ridiculous.
Placed an order for delivery and was told it would be here by 6:09. At 6:25 my neighbor brings over my pizza that is now cold because the driver just left it on the porch. Tried calling and it automatically hangs up on you after 30 seconds.

There was trash and boxes in the parking lot. When I came in there was only one employee working. She did not greet me. The pizza and breadsticks were done on time however the toppings on the pizza were skimpy, the dough was not fresh, and the breadsticks were too hard to eat. Baisically it was not fresh ingredients. The employee seemed rude and didn’t say anything to me leaving. Employees at the register need trained on customer service. You greet your customers as well as thank them when they leave. Pizza Hut prices are getting over priced for poor quality food and skimpy toppings. Pizza Hut used to be great pizza when they made fresh pizza and had dine in with a buffet.

Me and my friends called to order a pizza to be delivered and all because my friends were laughing in the background they were absolutely rude and disrespectful!!!!!! They told us to “genuinely call Pizza Hut” because they wouldn’t take our order or deliver. Very rude service!! Make sure if you call don’t let anyone laugh in the background or you won’t get service!

Always better than any other huts I love the super cheesy pizza its so yummy? I love the way it looks inside the building and its cool you can eat inside I haven’t came here in 5 years I will so regret not coming for so long NO ONE WILL OUTPIZZA THIS HUT (the papa johns over there is going down to punch town this is waaaaay better)
