Im 3 miles away so they won't deliver so I have to use door dash to get it and every time I door dash it the food comes with morn bubbles then cheese and tates like crap they should be ashamed to let this out of the store like this

I googled to see the time they opened which said 10:30. (6/30/2025) I placed my order to go get it and they were still closed. I went back home and went back after 11 still closed. I've noticed the businesses in Greenfield make their own schedules and don't go by what the online says.

Ordered from 4 pizza places in town. Pizza Hut was 3rd to arrive, but the driver was EXTREMELY NICE, and food was the awesome.

They behave so badly that no one listens to anyone. They don't tell anyone whose name has come and whose name hasn't. They just stand behind. They just do their work. They don't ask anyone. What do you want, what don't you want. These are such dirty stops where there is so much dirt, I please request you. Change it.
How should they talk to such single customers and how should they not talk to them?

This is our second experience with Pizza Hut and again not pleased… We were told our food would get to us with 45-50 minutes after ordered it. The food didn’t get to us until an hour later after we called about it. Once we got it our food the pizza and bread sticks they were so dry and hard we couldn’t eat but half a slice/piece. The wings we got were the best part of the whole order. When I called to tell someone about it I got hung up on. Definitely not ordering from here again. Wouldn’t even waste your money.

Yes I spent $88 dollars . I customerize my LG pizza . No extra pepperoni or onions . Just got extra cheese . I paid for the extras . Also didn't get my 20oz bottle of Dr.Pepper ..Plus order the Garlic cheese sticks . There were kinda crisp black around edges . Over cooked . No garlic flavor not enough cheese . First time I tried them. We just moved here 2 was ago . I tried wk and half ago . Thought would try them again. I was very disappointed 😥. Got a medium meat lovers . It wasn't the Best meat lovers I ve gotten. Could went to Olive garden and got 3 meals for $50 included with salad and breads sticks. Total was dissatisfied 😒. Yes there app was frustrating 😤. How many times had to start over . Because it would Freeze.

Their delivery charge is $6, their mobile app is trash, I didn't find out until I paid that it would take almost 2 hours on a Thursday to get delivered. The store is like a mile away. When I tried calling the store to cancel the order (because my kids would be going to bed right when the pizza would get here so it's too late) the number didn't work. There was an initial Pizza Hut greeting, then it switched to a number disconnected message. I have no idea how they're still open. Maybe the store is a front for the mafia, because it sure seems like they don't want you to order ever. Update: it finally arrived 30 minutes after the ridiculous quoted time. The driver was polite and the food was warm, but both the bread sticks and pizza were tasteless and hard like they'd been under a heat lamp all day. The pizza smelled off. I noticed on all the other bad reviews, there's a bot reply that's noncommittal and no offer to make it right/refund it, etc.

Made a mistake on my order and needed to talk to someone about canceling my pizza and no one would answer the phone and just continually hangs up every time you call.

Phone line doesn’t work and keeps hanging up on you, orders take well over two hours to arrive. No way to get in touch with the store to cancel my order.
Disgusted wont be coming back.
