Waited for order for 45 minutes, one of the employees said we are boxing up your order now, then walked away. The other very RUDE employee then boxed up a person's order who arrived 20 minutes after me then got his order, so I asked the RUDE employee where my order was, and that i was told it was being boxed up, she looked at me hateful and said we are waiting on the wings! 45 minutes waiting, how long does wings take? At that time the conversation got heated as I said I was just asking because the communication is horrible, and she said I needed to leave. I have ordered pizza there alot, but will NEVER eat at another pizza hut due to this. Absolutely the worse ever. The store is dirty, the people are rude.

Went to this Pizza Hut on a Sunday at 11:30 AM to dine-in. There was 1 employee at the time. Had to order at the counter, pay, then find our own seating. What happened to Pizza Huts being a pleasant sit down for service restaurant? And it was almost as cold inside as it was outside! Only plus was that the pizza was still good even though the price is ridiculous.

Food was good as always however when my husband picked up our order there were only 2 people working, the one girl was verbally abusive to the other and even after she got burned while he was there. Maybe you would have more employees if you didn't treat people so horrible

Ordered delivery at 8:30p. Slated to receive between 9:15-9:19p. Still hadn’t received it at 10p even though tracking said it was delivered at 9:43p. I drove up the restaurant where the employee was obviously annoyed with my presence. He knew exactly who I was as I described why I was there. My food was still in the warmer. He stated it was delivered to the wrong location and they noticed it right away. He said they then remade it so my food was fresh. If it was fresh then why didn’t they then deliver it? I left with my food. He said he threw in breadsticks for my order and gave me $10 toward my next order. I got home and the breadsticks he “gave” me were just the ones I already ordered and my food was far from fresh. It wasn’t edible and clearly had been sitting the whole time! $50 down the drain! Do better! Terrible experience and service

Im 3 miles away so they won't deliver so I have to use door dash to get it and every time I door dash it the food comes with morn bubbles then cheese and tates like crap they should be ashamed to let this out of the store like this

I googled to see the time they opened which said 10:30. (6/30/2025) I placed my order to go get it and they were still closed. I went back home and went back after 11 still closed. I've noticed the businesses in Greenfield make their own schedules and don't go by what the online says.
