I just want to thank Jessie who helped me a few days back. I’m a Hoosier born and raised 35yrs, but I have moved to NC about 14 years ago. So there is a group of Hoosiers here in NC and when one of us visits Indiana, you have to bring back Pizza King!!!! Jessica was great and helping. I ordered an assortment of 12 pizzas, all 1/2 baked. Brought the pizzas back home distributed them and everyone said they were delicious and amazing. Jessie she was so sweet and kind. Thank you, Jessie. So Tuesday, everyone here in NC was eating Pizza King and we were all loving it and savor in it because we don’t know when we’ll get Pizza King again. Yes, I understand you can have them shipped, but not when the shipping and delivery is more than what you pay for the pizzas. I wish it was different because we’d order all the time.

Very disappointed in the manager tonight 8/14. We called and ordered for delivery. We order here all the time. When ordering we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip for the driver. We did. We wait an hour and 15 minutes before we call only for the manager to get extremely rude saying how it was for takeout and it had been sitting at the store. We tipped the driver, why would it be takeout. The manager proceeds to get more angry asking what we wanted her to do about it. Like can we please get it delivered? She proceeds to tell us that she has new trainees but she was so irritated. Never once apologized. And insinuated that we needed to come pick up the pizza. We kindly asked if we could get it delivered (and remade since it was sitting out for 1+ hour not to our fault, but due to the fault of the trainee which she admitted) since we already paid for the driver, she just says yep. And hangs up. Now… when did customer service get so hard? I was in customer service for ten years and would never have talked to a customer like that. Completely ridiculous. Mostly kids work here and don’t know how to treat anyone .
Update ; after two hours of waiting, we got a cold burnt pizza. Beyond annoyed to pay high dollar for this. Would’ve been better off going to a different chain for a third of the cost.

We sat in the dinning room and waited an hour for a 10in pizza. It wasn't even busy , but during my wait I watched the same delivery driver leave 3 times with pizza. Pizza finally came and hardly had any cheese or sauce. This was an absolutely horrible dinner experience.

I never in my life had a bad expe rience. That pizza, king and Greenfield like I did Saturday night. I never did get my food. And then a customer thought he had to say something to me when I wasn't even talking to him. I will never go back to the Pizza King in Greenfield. It's horrible.
Was told 20-30 mins, got inside and someone had been waiting 45 mins before me and I waited for 45 mins also. Staff is puzzled why orders aren’t being completed. Be there that there are 8 customers total in the entire restaurant

Not good. Our drinks came with a hair in one of them and was basically tinted water. The plates had grime on them that was very visible so I’m not sure why they brought that out. The waitress was nice but she barely came around and we never got drink refills even though mine was empty before she brought our food. My partners food was overcooked and I did not receive what I ordered and had to pay more for the food I received.

Have time to write this cause I ordered 50 minutes ago and was told it would be 40 minutes. I gave them a little extra time cause it always takes longer than they say.
I got here, the kid took my payment then said he'd go check on it and be right back. He came back and said they'd start making it next and it'll be another 15-20 minutes.
Customer service is nonexistent.
I love the pizza but this store is absolutely horrible. Give them about 3 times the amount of time they'll tell you.
