The manager was a great help today because I was having an issue with the mobile app was saying that the 3 pcs chicken classic signature meal wasn’t available. He said that they were updating the app.

Best chicken sandwich anywhere.
Always friendly service. Portion size of sides is minuscule for the price but tasty. Seriously, the sides are way overpriced and also way skimpy. It’s all about the chicken sandwich here. Love the lemonade but have to save up a while for a whole meal.

I have been to this store many times over the past 5 years, as its the only popeyes nearby. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I have never received my food at the windows - I am always parked and stuck waiting at least 10 minutes. I have also *always* had something wrong or missing.

Today I was sitting in a parking spot for nearly 20 minutes. Two incorrect items. Unreal.

So not a single quick or correct order in five years. Go to KFC, don't go here.

There were only two guests a the restaurant, yet it took over twenty minutes to receive our food. The beverage machine was out of order, yet the cashier acted like it was a chore to fill our cups. This will be our last visit, and I will share this with all friends and family.

I rarely eat here but I gave it a chance recently. I got wings with sweat b-b-q and spicy buffalo. I wasn't real impressed with either to be honest. For the prices next time I will probably just pay a bit more and go to KFC.

To the owner - thanks for responding so fast to my review! My previous review showed I didn't have a great service experience, but I was wrong - that was for a Columbus, OH location I went to 2 days after I visited this one. I had fast and expedient service at the Indy location but I didn't receive any sauces. So I actually had the opposite of the experience I had in OH, and I couldn't come back to solve it since I was en route for Columbus. :-( I would return and order again, but would just have to be sure to request sauces. My visit was on Wednesday after 6pm on August 13.

I have been in the food service industry for a long time and when a timed order is placed, it takes precedence over other orders as it is supposed to be out before orders placed after it. I placed my pick-up order for 5:45pm at 5:15. I showed up at 5:40 and was told it would be a while. I didn't leave till 6:20. Wasn't offered a drink while I wait nor an apology for taking more than 30 minutes past my pick-up time. Im furious. At least the food was fresh but isn't the point of a timed pick-up to have it ready at the allotted time?
