My pregnant wife was craving Qdoba for a week, we made a 1hr trip to get what she wanted, thru curbside pickup. Then when we got home to eat, our order was very messed up. Hers had my toppings and mine had her toppings. Plus the added things to hers that wasn't even ordered. Right on the receipt for each order was the correct list of ingredients, but they didn't seem to follow any of it. I am very disappointed in this store. They made my wife cry. This location needs to do better.

Always on it with my burritos and family bowls. You get a good amount of ingredients you ask for, for the price. Always nice people and will fix a mistake immediately if it happens.

We went in at 11:53, and they didn’t have breakfast anymore. When we asked, they said they don’t have it anymore. I asked what time they stop and she looked all around and said 10:45-11. The sign says 11, so it was more stupid that she lied about it.

We were there on 11-9-25 and our server was Jay-she was awesome! Very friendly and very quick and the preparation of our breakfasts was great!! We definitely got our money’s worth!! Way to go Jay!!!!

I was unable to decide whether to give this review three or four stars.

I visited in the evening for my order. I purchased a bowl and two tortillas, and the total was $13.40.

The next time I went in the morning for the same order, I was charged $16 and some change. Additionally, the quantity of food in my bowl was less.

I am unsure whether to commend the evening staff for their excellent customer service or complain about the morning staff [11 am] who charged me more and provided less food.

They were out of a lot of drink options in their drink machine. Given the options left I wasted my money buying a beverage. They didn't put enough protein on my quesadilla to even minimally fill it. The staff acted like they were doing their customers a favor by even being there. There was quite a bit of staff but it was so disorganized that the line was unnecessarily long.

I’ve been to this location, countless times and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. The lady at the register with blonde hair and no name tag was completely unprofessional, rude and absolutely did not want to be there. Normally the entire staff is pleasant and happy to help she was NOT

Just wanted to share my newfound realization that I can order a 50oz. catering sized bag of chips for $10 instead of buying 10oz. Tostitos from the grocery store for $6 with half of the bag being broken chips. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this location. The manager is consistently rude — not only to customers but especially to her own employees. The way she speaks to them is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Last weekend, they were supposed to open at 7 AM, but didn’t open until after 8 AM. When we arrived, the manager admitted she had overslept and told us it would be about 20 minutes — yet we waited over an hour before the doors opened.

Today, I once again witnessed her speaking harshly to staff in front of customers. I was honestly close to saying something myself. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone in a leadership position.

If Qdoba is okay with managers treating employees this way, they’ve lost our business.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I stood there for quite a while while the two ladies in the front—one of whom appeared to be the manager—just kept chatting with each other. Neither of them greeted me or acknowledged me at all. The food was completely unseasoned and plain, and the cleanliness of the place was very poor. Definitely not coming back.
