Best steak and shake burger of my life somehow, just passing through. Crispy patties, which I can't seem to get back in St Louis. Fries were great but just slightly overdone. The floors were not slippery with grease. Just overall impressed for a travel stop

Sad to share that tonight I grabbed dinner here and it was very disappointing. My teen got chicken tenders and they were so little I laughed. Then my burger was not hot at all and tasted off. The fries were cold as well. I hadn't eaten here in a long while and sad to say I wont again. I'll be going to culvers everytime and getting my money's worth at least. Very disappointed. :(

Super unfriendly black lady working at the window and taking orders. Didn't even say a word to me, just handed me my stuff, no friendly customer service what so ever.

Ordered quickly but then got pulled up to only sit there for more than 10 mins and got cold fries and chili macs at 735 pm on 11.4.25 Thanks guys
There no service, but kiosks. As for the food, cheese wasn't melted on two of the burgers, one piece of bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, all the food was mixed up on the trays. While there another customer came in from drive thru to gave his order fixed. All this while the dining room had one other table and 3 in the drive thru.

Best Steak & Shake I’ve had in a long time. Think they are using different fry oil, fries were excellent! Frisco was good, probably could’ve stayed on grill a little longer though.

Run far far away! The worst Steak ‘n Shake experience I’ve ever had. We were excited to come here and try the Tallow Fries. First, there is no one there to take your order. The only option is to order from a machine. We tried to sit down but the entire place was disgustingly dirty. I had to wipe down my own table. You have to scan your receipt in order in order to get your drink. The machine was also disgusting. I ended up throwing away my drink for fear of mold. 🤢 My husband had to ask for a new bun since his was so mushy, though they did give him a new one they didn’t speak a single word to him. They don’t make them like they used to. Terrible experience!
