They put cheese on a burger that we asked for no cheese. There was no salt on the fries. The beans and the chili were undercooked. The lady at the window interrupted me and was just not a happy person. We did not enjoy this visit. Too bad because I think they were on the right track with the changes in their ingredients.

This place was disgusting. So dirty. Could visibly see the grime on all the red counter surfaces and no luck finding a somewhat clean table. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and waited 32 minutes for food ordered from a grimy, nasty kiosk. The floor was so sticky that it made squeaky noises when you walked. Staff ignored you and when your order was ready they just tossed it on the counter. Fountain drink station was a sticky, low stocked mess. All around gross

There is no longer any wait staff if you eat inside. You order from a kiosk and get your own drinks. The food came pretty quickly and tasted good, but they forgot our chillest fries. Very yummy, though!

Steak 'n shake food is usually always good. However, this particular restaurant was very dirty and the chili was watered down to the point that neither my spouse or I could taste that familiar steak 'n shake chili flavor. On a positive note, the food came out quickly.

Food was alright at best I have no clue why they cut the pickles long ways on the burger. I never knew there was a wrong way to put pickles on a burger but now I do. Really disappointed with the human interaction, oh wait there is none. They give us like half a drop of ketchup per little cup. Also why the hell do I have to scan a QR code do get a coke. I hate the way they remodled the place it seems like you almost have to make the food yourself.

I usually come here with my man friends Eduardo, Julian, Carlos and Gabriel after playing some mean Racquetball. I don't care for greasy food and cold soup but I am a 'bean queen' and enjoy hanging with them so I guess it is ok.
